The players have been sent on a 15-minute break.
Three-way on a flop of 6♣7♠7♣ with 16,700 in the pot, Carlos Peixoto in the big blind bet 10,000. Dinesh Alt in the cutoff called, while the small blind check-folded.
Peixoto bet 30,000 on the 5♠. Alt raised, and Peixoto called with the few extra chips he had left.
Carlos Peixoto: 9♠9♦
Dinesh Alt: 9♣8♣
Alt flopped a straight flush draw and completed a straight on the turn. The A♦ river kept him in the lead, and Peixoto was eliminated.
A pot of 30,000 had developed, on a board of 6♣3♦2♠4♣, in a hand between Michael Sklenicka in the cutoff and Lukas Benkovic in the small blind.
Benkovic check-called a bet of 9,000 from Sklenicka, and the 7♣ hit on the river.
That street was quickly checked through, and Benkovic was surprised to see his 10♥10♦ was no good versus Sklenicka's J♦J♠.
Cards were on their backs and stacks were in the middle, with Uri Reichenstein all-in for around 36,000 and at risk against Mihai Hanu.
Uri Reichenstein: 10♠10♣
Mihai Hanu: Q♥Q♠
Reichenstein was crushed, and he could not find a two-outer on the 9♥4♦3♠4♣K♦ runout.
Marco Di Persio made it 1,200 to go from early position and Juan Vazquez three-bet to 3,400 from the cutoff. When it got back to Di Persio, he called to see a flop.
Di Persio check-called a continuation-bet of 3,500 from Vazquez on the 2♣4♣2♠ flop.
Di Persio checked for a second time on the A♥ turn and Vazquez opted to check behind. The Q♠ completed the board and both players checked again. Di Persio showed 6♣5♣ for a busted straight flush draw, and lost the pot to Vazquez's 10♠10♥ for a pair of tens.
Artem Berliand raised to 1,500 from early position with only Massoud Alyas calling from the button.
Berliand fired out a bet of 2,000 on the K♦7♣3♣ flop and Alyas stuck around with a call.
The 8♦ on the turn checked through for the K♠ to land on the river. Berliand fired out 5,300 and Alyas made the call. Berliand showed Q♠Q♣ for a pair of queens, and Alyas slid his cards face down back to the dealer.
