Garcia Stuns Kesidis on the River

Level 22 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Ratmir Kesidis
Ratmir Kesidis

Daniele Sacchi raised to 80,000 in early position and was called by Ratmir Kesidis and Murilo Garcia in the blinds.

Sacchi bet 110,000 on the K34 flop and Kesidis called. Garcia then raised to 325,000 and Sacchi folded, but Kesidis moved all in for 1,395,000. Garcia burned through three time banks before calling to put Kesidis at risk.

Ratmir Kesidis: 33 All in
Murilo Garcia: A7

Kesidis had flopped a set and needed to hold on against Garcia's flush draw. The 8 turn left him a card away from a double up, but Garcia spiked the J on the river to make his flush and send Kesidis to the rail.

Level 22 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Ran Ilani
Ran Ilani

Ran Ilani three-bet out of the small blind to 265,000 and button raiser Daniel Pidun called for them to see the K53 flop. Ilani's continuation bet of 150,000 was raised to 375,000 by Pidun. Ilani then used one time bank and three-bet to 850,000. Pidun wasted little time to move all-in with the covering stack and Ilani called.

Ran Ilani: KJ All in
Daniel Pidun: A7

Ilani sighed vividly when he saw the flush draw, but held on the 10 turn as well as the 7 river. His double was for 1,345,000 and that put a major dent into Pidun's stack.

Jaatinen Takes From Gallitzendoerfer

Level 22 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

With some 800,000 in the middle to the K763 turn, Teemu Jaatinen bet 335,000 from under the gun and Bastian Gallitzendoerfer then called on the button. That led to the K on the river when Jaatinen's thirty second count down expired twice before he eventually declared a bet of 1,000,000.

Marco Di Persio spoke up during that period moments before Gallitzendoerfer folded and then complained that the Finn should have given the two time bank extensions to the dealer while the hand was going on. The floor was called briefly while Jaatinen remained very calm and collected the pot.
