Ludovisi Gets Value With a Six

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Roman Isaienko opened to 40,000 from middle position and Leonardo Ludovisi called in the big blind.

On the 56K flop, Ludovisi check-called a bet of 20,000 to the 2 turn, where both checked.

When the K hit the river, Ludovisi bet 55,000, and Isaienko eventually called.

Ludovisi then showed a pair of sixes with 86, and that was good for the pot.

Roelfsema Frustrated by River

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Frederikus Roelfsema
Frederikus Roelfsema

Lukas Timko opened to 40,000 from early position, and Frederikus Roelfsema defended the big blind.

On the KQ6 flop, Roelfsema check-called a bet of 30,000 from Timko.

The same pattern followed on the 8 turn, this time in respect of a bet of 100,000 from Timko.

The A river was checked through, and Roelfsema was frustrated to see his K3 for a pair of kings had been usurped on the river by Timko's A5.

Set for Schaefer

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Dennis Schaefer opened to 40,000 from the button, and Fabio Peluso defended the big blind.

The 1092 flop was checked to the J turn, where Peluso led out with a bet of 30,000, and Schaefer called.

The 7 river completed the board. Peluso fired again with a bet of 40,000, and Schaefer again quickly called.

Peluso tabled Q5 for air, and Schaefer took the pot with 77 for a rivered set of sevens.

Chernak Doubles via Schaefer

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Dennis Schaefer: AJ

Death by Quads For Beretta

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Luca Beretta
Luca Beretta

Luca Beretta opened the cutoff to 40,000 and Paul Covaciu three-bet the small blind to 115,000. When it got back to Beretta, he shoved for a little less than 400,000, and Covaciu called.

Luca Beretta: AQ All in
Paul Covaciu: 99

Beretta needed to win a flip, but didn't get off to the best start as the K79 flop gave Covaciu a set. A 2 turn did give Beretta a flush draw, but that was crushed when the 9 river gave Covaciu quads.

Jose Puertas
Jose Puertas

Dennis Schaefer opened to 40,000 under the gun, and received a call from Giorgio Silva on the button, before Sarhabib Karatas three-bet jammed for around 200,000.

Jose Puertas was in the big blind, and he took a moment for thought before rejamming for around 500,000, forcing Schaefer and Silva to get out of the way.

Sarhabib Karatas: JJ All in
Jose Puertas: AQ

It was off to the races, but Puertas found second pair on the KQ3 flop, and Karatas could not reverse the position on the 6 turn or 5 river.
