Rene Baranek shoved 50,000 under the gun, and Roman Isaienko raised over the top to 125,000, which Roman Isaienko called out of the big blind.
With Baranek all-in, Isaienko and Jalba checked the J♦9♠K♣ flop to see the 6♠ appear on the turn. Isaienko bet 160,000 and Jalba called.
A 10♣ completed the board and both players checked. Isaienko tabled K♦Q♣ for a straight to scoop the entire pot, eliminating Baranek, who tabled A♣2♥ for ace-high.
Around 500,000 was already in the pot as Andras Halasi and Alkiviadis Stamatis went to a flop of 5♥6♠J♠. Stamatis then bet 125,000 from the button and Halasi called in middle position.
Both players checked the J♥ turn before Halasi then led out for 275,000 on the 7♥ river. Stamatis announced a raise of 800,000, and Halasi called even before Stamatis had time to put the chips in.
Stamatis turned over A♥4♥ for a rivered flush and Halasi mucked, later admitting he had a jack.
At another table, Nikolaos Kritharis had opened to 120,000 in early position, Giovanni Giudice shoved for 630,000 in the hijack, and Kritharis called.
Giovanni Giudice: J♥J♦
Nikolaos Kritharis: A♦Q♥
Kritharis hit a queen on the 9♠Q♣7♥ flop to take the lead as he began pumping his fist in the air. The turn was the 8♦, but Giudice spiked the J♣ on the river as he then raised his arm in the air in celebration.
"You celebrated too early," a tablemate told Kritharis, who laughed off the beat and sent the chips over to Giudice.
On a flop of 5♠3♥10♠, Jakub Riska checked from the small blind and Tomas Novotny bet 75,000 from early position. Riska check-jammed for around 520,000, and Novotny stuck in the call.
Jakub Riska: A♥10♦
Tomas Novotny: A♠K♠
Riska held top pair against the flush draw of Novotny. The remainder of the board came 7♥6♦ which didn't help Novotny, and Riska doubled to over a million.
Dorian Melchers raised to 80,000 in middle position and Jakub Koleckar three-bet to 250,000 in the cutoff. Mengshi Tian then moved all in for 455,000 in the big blind and Melchers reshoved for around 900,000, chasing away Koleckar.
Mengshi Tian: Q♦J♦
Dorian Melchers: K♠K♣
Tian had run into Melchers' kings and found no help on the 5♣4♣2♦ flop, but the 6♦ turn gave him a flush draw going to the river. He couldn't connect with the 9♠ river and Melchers took the pot to send Tian to the rail.
From middle position, Presiyan Tsvetanov stuck his stack of 240,000 across the betting line, and was called by Mariusz Gomoła, who was seated on the button.
Presiyan Tsvetanov: A♣K♦
Mariusz Gomoła: 9♣10♠
Tsvetanov required his big slick to connect with the board to beat the two nines of Gomola.
Gomola's pair stayed ahead on the 8♥2♠2♥ flop, but the A♦ turn catapulted Tsvetanov into the lead with a pair of aces. The 4♥ river changed nothing, and Tsvetanov doubled through Gomola.
