Hu Facing a Tough Decision

On a board of 737K with 15,000 in the pot, Georgios Zisimopoulos in the big blind bet 7,200.

Weijiang Hu in the cutoff raised to 20,000 but saw Zisimopoulos quickly move all-in for 58,300.

Hu went into the tank for almost two minutes, preparing his chips to call. However he eventually folded and saw the pot go in Zisimopoulos' direction.

Martin Hellmuth Survives

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Three-way on a flop of JAJ, Martin Hellmuth in the hijack bet 1,500 and was called by Erik Avlastimov on the button while the big blind folded.

Hellmuth bet an even smaller 1,200 on the 6 turn and was called, then asked for 3,200 on the 4 river. Avlastimov called and Hellmuth immediately mucked his cards, keeping only 500 behind.

He moved all-in in the next hand and managed to double up against Avlastimov to be back at 2,500.

Franco Values a Full House

After an open to 900 from early position, Sonny Franco in middle position called as well as both players in the blinds.

The blinds and the initial raised checked the 49J flop, but Franco bet 1,700. Jaromir Hanel in the big blind was the only one to call.

Hanel led out for 2,500 on the 7 turn and was called, then he bet 4,100 on the 4 river.

Franco raised to 24,000 and saw Hanel grab chips and call. Franco had 99 for a full house hit on the river and scooped the pot after Hanel mucked his hand.

Klezys Flops Quads in Five-Bet Pot

Frederik Reinert opened to 1,000 on the button before Thomas Rauhe three-bet to 3,500 from the small blind. Kasparas Klezys then made it 8,000 from the big blind, prompting Reinert to five-bet to 16,000. Rauhe folded, and Klezys called, leaving himself 18,000 behind.

On the J77 flop, Klezys checked and Reinert bet 6,000. Klezys moved all in and Reinert snap-called.

Klezys had flopped quad sevens, drawing some amused reactions from around the table. A few "oooooohs" followed when the K turn kept Reinert alive, albeit with just one out.

The 5 river failed to deliver, and Klezys secured the double-up.

Reard Applies Maximum Pressure

The action was picked on a board of 8762 with roughly 70,000 in the pot.

Alexandre Reard in middle position decided to go all-in for 32,000 and Laurenz Gunnar Onnen on the button went deep into the tank. He used several of his time bank extensions but ultimately folded.

Talboom Jumps to the Top of the Counts

Tom Talboom is the new chip leader, after dragging in a sizeable pot after the break.

There was around 80,000 in the middle on the J3QJ10 board.

Zeno Tosoni checked from the small blind, prompting Jurgen Kuenne to fire out 17,000. Talboom called, which pushed out Tosoni.

"Three jacks," announced Kuenne, who tabled KJ. However, it was no good as Talboom had a flush with his 97.

A Very Small Double Up for Lee

Kuanhan Lee in the cutoff was all-in and at risk for a single yellow chip worth 1,000 against Christian Altmann in early position.

Lee flopped a set on Q8J but Altmann was still looking for spades for a flush. The 4Q runout didn't complete the flush and Lee doubled up to 3,000.
