Zela Holds for a Big Double

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Hassan Sey opened to 1,200 from middle position before Duco ten Haven made it 5,000 from the cutoff. Gazmend Zela cold-called from the button, and Sey also stuck around.

Ten Haven continued for 4,500 on the KQ5 flop. Zela made it 16,500, to put the action on Sey. He jammed for 73,700. Ten Haven got out of the way, and Zela called off his stack of around 63,000.

Zela was head with top-pair-top-kicker, but needed to dodge a ton of Sey's outs. He managed to remain with the best hand after the 310 completed the board.

Daniele Sacchi raised fro early position and called when Alexandre Mantovani made it 4,500 from the cutoff.

Sacchi check-called for 2,700 on the KJ7 flop before the 9 turn and J river checked through to showdown. Sacchi tabled QQ and Montavani mucked.

On a board of 10A3Q, Alexandre Mantovani under the gun saw his 28,900-chip stack being called by Jake Greenbaum to his left while the small blind folded.

Mantovani hit a straight on the turn while Greenbaum was finding a set. The 9 river kept Mantovani in the lead and he doubled up.

Sammer Hits the River to Win Three-Way All-In

The action was picked up after Harald Sammer in early position raised to 9,000, Cesar Ponce De Leon in the hijack re-raised to 31,000 and Michel Molenaar on the button jammed for almost 75,000. Sammer moved all-in as well for 27,000 and Sammer went into the tank. He eventually made the call with the biggest stack of all.

After a flop of 232 and the 3 turn, Sammer hit the K river to score a double elimination.

Tice Caught Speeding

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

A pot of around 35,000 had brewed between Landon Tice and Maksym Mamon. The board read 3373 and Mamon bet 16,000, leaving 31,000 behind. Tice called.

The 4 completed the board, and Mamon checked. Tice was the bigger stack by around 20,000 and shoved to put Mamon to the test.

Mamon thought for an age, using up five of his time banks. He ended up putting in calling chips, and Tice revealed A5 for a bluff. Mamon showed his JJ and took the pot thanks to his full house.

Hu Folds Out Obst

Level 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Action was caught on the K74 flop, with around 11,000 in the middle in the three-bet pot between James Obst and Weijiang Hu.

Obst, in middle position, checked. Hu, on the button, bet 5,000. Obst made it 12,500 and Hu called.

Obst fired out another 19,000 on the A turn, with Hu sticking around to see the Q river. Obst quickly check-folded when Hu slid chips forward.
