Walton Defends and Wins

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Alex Foxen raised to 4,500 from middle position and action folded around to Adam Walton who defended his big blind to see a {7-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{k-Hearts} flop.

Walton check-called the 4,000 continuation bet from Foxen and then did the same for 9,500 after the {4-Hearts} fell on the turn. Foxen slowed down, checking to Walton who followed suit and action went to showdown.

Walton rolled over {k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for kings up and it was good enough to win the pot after Foxen mucked his hand.

Jake Daniels
Jake Daniels

Jake Daniels, who has been heavily featured in recent episodes of PokerGO's Poker After Dark, brought a small stack of 23,000 into Day 2ab. However, he never showed up.

As such, his stack was slowly blinded off during the first level of the day until he was unceremoniously eliminated in the an unattended big blind.

Moorman Loses a Little to Li

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Chris Moorman raised to 4,500 from early position and Larry Ormson called out of the small blind. Yiming Li came along from the big and it was three-way action to the flop of {k-Spades}{7-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}.

Two checks saw Moorman continue for 4,500, Ormson folded, but Li called to see the {5-Hearts} turn.

Both players checked and the {q-Diamonds} completed the board on the river.

Li led out for 8,500 and Moorman tanked for over a minute before making the call. Li tabled the {k-Clubs}{8-Clubs} and it was good as Moorman mucked.
