Romero Shoves on Hong

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Before the blinds went up, Jinho Hong opened to 55,000 from early position, James Romero three-bet to 140,000 in the hijack, and Hong called.

The dealer fanned the {9-Clubs}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds} flop and Hong check-called for 100,000.

The {k-Spades} fell on the turn, Hong checked, and Romero moved all in for approximately 700,000. Hong thought about it briefly but decided to send his cards into the muck to concede the pot to Romero.

Schutten Finds Value

Level 22 : 15,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Brekstyn	Schutten
Brekstyn Schutten

Brek Schutten opened to 50,000 from early position and received a single call from the small blind.

Action checked to Schutten on the {7-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{k-Spades} flop and he continued for 40,000. That bet was not enough to shed the small blind who flatted.

Action checked through the {10-Diamonds} turn to the {j-Diamonds} river where the small blind checked for a third time. Schutten counted out a bet and then slid 275,000 into the middle. His opponent thought it over for some time but did end up making the call only to be shown {9-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} by Schutten for the rivered flush. The small blind mucked, sending the large pot Schutten's way.

Noguera Cracks Aces to Stay Alive

Level 22 : 15,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

On a {k-Clubs}{k-Hearts}{8-Clubs} flop, Nicolas Noguera was in the small blind and ended up getting his 520,000 remaining chips in against Stephan Nussrallah in the big blind.

Nicolas Noguera: {9-Clubs}{5-Clubs}
Stephan Nussrallah: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}

The {6-Hearts} turn kept Nussrallah ahead, but the {j-Clubs} hit the felt on the river to improve Noguera to a flush and keep his tournament life alive.

Moreno Doubles Through Lavis

Level 22 : 15,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Andrew	Moreno
Andrew Moreno

Andrew Moreno opened to 50,000 from early position and action folded to Lorenzo Lavis in the big blind who moved all in. Moreno called off with the shorter stack for his tournament life.

Andrew Moreno: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Lorenzo Lavis: {k-Spades}{q-Spades}

Moreno, though at risk, was way ahead of Lavis. The {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{j-Spades} flop did give Lavis a gutshot to broadway as well as a backdoor flush draw but the {a-Clubs} turn changed nothing with the {2-Hearts} river sealing the double for Moreno.
