Thomas Eychenne is a French poker player best known for winning the 2025 edition of the PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT) Barcelona Main Event. After a heads-up deal with Romanian Stefan Ionita, Eychenne collected a career-best €1,217,175 for his victory.
According to The Hendon Mob Database, Eychenne has live cashes dating back to September 2013. However, the bulk of his volume and his best results stem from events from October 2021 onward.
In October 2021, the Frenchman finished 21st in the $1,500 Millionaire Maker for $28,480 at the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas. Three weeks later, he finished sixth in a $3,500 buy-in event at The Wynn for a career-high score worth $153,127.
That prize remained Eychenne's largest until he entered the $25,000 PokerStars Players Championship in The Bahamas in January 2023. His eventh-place finish came with $801,000.
A runner-up finish in the €25,000 No-Limit Hold'em event at EPT Monte Carlo in April 2023 earned him €323,100.
At the 2025 WSOP, Eychenne finished fifth in the $25,000 No-Limit Hold'em Heads-Up Championship for $86,000. He cashed in four other bracelet-awarding events, including a 47th-place finish in the $10,000 Main Event, which came with $200,000 in prize money.
Eychenne captured his first major live title in August 2025 in the EPT Barcelona Main Event. He outlasted 2,045 opponents and banked €1,217,175 for his efforts.
