Dwan Dominating

Dwan (during High Rollers Challenge): just one player on the "table of death"
Dwan (during High Rollers Challenge): just one player on the "table of death"
The action folded around to Australia's Luke Thomas who raised before the flop to 625. Tom "durrrr" Dwan called from the small blind to go heads-up to a flop of {5-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}.

Dwan led out to 1,275, but Thomas made it 3,100 to go. Dwan called, then both players checked down the {q-Diamonds} on the turn.

Dwan then fired out 15,000 when the dealer produced the {4-Clubs} on the river, enough to put Thomas all in. Thomas went into the tank for about two minutes before tapping the table and throwing his hand into the muck.

Having qualified through a local pub poker league in Melbourne, Thomas has a huge task ahead of him, down to 13,000 in chips and sharing space with not only Dwan, but Phil Ivey, Billy "the Croc" and Raymond Rahme.

Meanwhile the man they call "durrrr" is cruising on 50,000 in chips.
