Billy "The Croc" Argyros has just been eliminated at the hands of Tom "durrrr" Dwan, but not without taking a chance on an "alternative" tactic against the online phenom.

"I can't beat durrrr sober, so I gotta get drunk," Argyros lamented. "If I don't know what I'm doing, how's he going to?"

"WAITER!" cried Leo Boxell, sending the rest of the table and nearby railbirds into fits of laughter.

The drinks came flowing in, but the laughter soon died after Dwan and Argyros went heads-up to a flop of {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}; Durr check-raised all-in after Argyros led out for 2,100. Argyros called all-in, tabling {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} but had been outdrawn by Dwan's {10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}.

Dwan improved to two pair on the turn of the {9-Clubs}; Argyros made a pair when the {k-Clubs} came on the river, but it was too little, too late.

The Croc has been tamed and is out of the tournament while Dwan is up to 88,000 in chips.
