As we walked up to Dennis Huntly's table we found him stacking a lot of chips. After a count we found out he had 103,000 and that's the chip leader on our board. As we were counting a player walked up to his table and started ranting about the hand he just busting in. Against Huntly. "How can you call that with just a f**king flush draw!", Huntly wasn't impressed and politely said he also had a straight draw.
"You're f**king Einstein aren't you?" the busted player continued. "Please mate, you just had a f**king flush draw!", he shouted as the rest of the table waited for the storm to calm down. Huntly stayed calm the entire time and no floor person had to be called, the gentleman left and play went on like nothing had happened.
Another player at the table was so kind to explain us what happened. Bet sizes could be a bit off, but at least it gives you a good idea about what happened. The player who ended up busting raised to 700 and his neighbor, Dennis Huntly, made the call with . Action got folded around and the flop brought out . The initial raiser bet 1,100 after which Huntly raised to 2,400. Both players had around 50,000 and the initial raiser opted to three-bet to 11,100. Huntly went in the tank for a while before he decided to call.
On the turn the hit and the initial raiser bet 15,000 after which Huntly insta-shoved his remaining chips into the pot. His opponent tank-called and turned over . Huntly showed the winning flush and had his opponent drawing dead. Dennis Huntly is now our chip leader with 103,000.

We didn't catch all the action, but we heard the rail going crazy over by Table 31 and made our way over. We discovered that Jackie Glazier had held on a board but had run into the of Ryan Hong. The money got in on the river, and Hong doubled to approximately 54,000 while Glazier, who was gracious in defeat, was left with 8,000.
JP Kelly's table was the lone table on the other side of the room, engulfed by small stakes cash games. Thankfully, it's now broken and we can focus on our attentions on this area. Unfortunately for him he's been moved next to the active Marvin Rettenmaier, but at least he is to his left.
This doesn't help much though when one enters a hand from the small blind. There was a raise to 1,500 (yes a 5x) from a player in the hijack, a bet that Rettenmaier and both blinds called.
The flop came and the action was checked to the German on the button who bet 1,125. Kelly was the only caller from the small blind. Both players checked the turn before Rettenmaier bet 3,325 on the river when Kelly checked to him again. The Brit conceded defeat and folded.
Billy "The Croc" Argyros has late registered for the tournament and has taken his seat over at Table 27. The bad news? He is out of position against Aaron Benton and Tristan Wade.
Annette Obrestad is known for her agressive style and we just caught a hand where she confirmed that image. The Norwegian poker superstar raised to 600 pre flop and got called by the player on the button.
The flop came down and Obrestad fired out 800, her opponent called. On the turn the hit and Obrestad bet out 2,200. Her opponent wasted no time calling and the river brought out the . Both players checked and Obrestad tabled . Her opponent shook his head as Obrestad raked in the pot. She is doing very well while her neighbor, Shawn Buchanan, was very frustrated with his own play. He is down to just 5,600 chips.
Masaaki Kagawa is acquiring chips like he does money. He raised from first position and was called by Jason Martin and Carmelino Pappalardo en route to a flop.
The Japanese business man and poker enthusiast led for 1,400 and was check-raised up to 2,800 by Pappalardo after Martin had folded. Kagawa wasn't finished though and put in a reraise to 5,800. Pappalardo called quickly to see the turn where he checked.
Kagawa took his time before counted out and threw 5,500 into the middle. Pappalardo dwelled, mumbled something about a set and folded.
A player in middle position opened for 800 and James Dempsey looked him up from the button. The MP player then bet 1,300 on the flop, Dempsey called, and the dealer burned and turned the . The MP player bet again, this time 2,000, and again Dempsey called.
Both players checked the river and the MP player turned over for a flush.Dempsey was left shaking his head as he tossed his hand to the muck.
Action folded to Marvin Rettenmaier in the cutoff and he opened for 850, which the button and both blinds called. Action checked to Rettenmaier on the flop and he promptly bet 1,225, which only the small blind called.
Both players proceeded to check down the turn and river, and neither player was quick to turn over their hand. Finally Rettenmaier relented and rolled over for a pair of fours, but it was no good against the of the small blind.
