After Kenna James fired a healthy bet on the turn with the board reading and was called by his opponent in Seat 1, James slowed down and checked the river. His opponent did the same and James showed for a missed flush. Seat 1 then rolled over to take down the roughly 10,000 pot.
James dropped to 23,000 on the hand; meanwhile, we noticed Jeff Rossiter sitting nearby and grabbed his chip count . . . 25K. You may remember Rossiter as last year's third-place finisher.

Jacki Glazier's tournament hasn't been going as well as it was in the first level, and now she has to contend with Tom Dwan as well. His introduction has actually helped her though.
They were three-way to the turn of a board and Glazier led for 1,125. A player on the button called before Dwan check-raised to 4,200 from the big blind. Glazier was having none of that and put in a reraise to 9,225. The button folded and Dwan called to see the river where he checked.
Glazier bet 5,200, which represented most of her remaining stack. Dwan seemed to hate the river and took his time before he made a reluctant looking fold.
James Dempsey is not having a good day today and maybe that's even an understatement. The Brit just got knocked down to just 6,800 chips. Dempsey raised to 600 pre flop and got called by Scott, in the cut-off, and a player on the button.
The flop came down and Demspey bet 1,100 after which both his opponents called. On the turn the hit and Dempsey check-folded just as Scott who also laid his hand down when the button bet 3,500. Scott is still sitting pretty but Dempsey is in dire need of a double up.
Remember in 2005 when an unknown chiropractor from Australia by the name of Joe Hachem won the World Series of Poker Main Event? So do we. His win helped spark a poker boom in Australia that can still be felt today. While the 2005 Aussie Millions took place before Hachem's win, the impact of an Aussie winning poker's most prestigious title was felt the very next year, as evidenced by the number of entrants.
Here's a look back at the 2005 Aussie Millions, the last year before the Australian poker boom:
