Abady Busts to Ruzicka After Two Confrontations

Level 8 : 400/800, 100 ante

Vojtech Ruzicka opened to 1,800. Joshua Abady and the two blinds both called and the flop came {a-Spades}{q-Spades}{6-Clubs}. It checked to Ruzicka who bet 4,600 and Abady was the only caller. The turn was the {9-Clubs}. Ruzicka bet 10,000 and Abady called again.

The river was the {7-Spades}. Ruzicka moved all in and Abady fold.

Abady was left with around 18 big blinds and defended his big blind after Ruzicka opened. The flop came {9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Abady check-jammed over a continuation bet with {8-}{9-}. Ruzicka turned over {a-}{9-} and the board bricked out to send Abady to the rail.

Level 8 : 400/800, 100 ante

Joining the action on the {10-Spades}{8-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{3-Hearts} turn, [Removed:502] made it 8,000 to go in middle position and was called by Joel Douaglin in the cutoff. The {4-Diamonds} fell on the river and Mosbock moved all in. Douaglin asked for a count, and once it was deemed to be for 23,800, he made the call.

Mosbock turned over {J-Hearts}{10-Hearts} for the jack-high flush and Douaglin mucked {Q-Hearts}{Q-Spades} for the overpair.

Set-Over-Set Debacle for Glaser

Level 8 : 400/800, 100 ante

Benny Glaser was spotted at the cashier and his seat a few meters over no longer occupied. A quick look revealed a far bigger stack for Jackie Glazier and the chips indeed remained with just one of the two very similar sounding names.

According to Glazier, she three-bet with pocket kings and flopped top set on {K-}{10-}{9-}. Glaser had also flopped a set with pocket nines and couldn't spike the miracle one outer.
