Table of Death

A huge collection of well known players have now found themselves together on table 32, with some tough pots being fiercely contested. The table now features the likes of Mick "The Hoon", Tony G, Anna Wroblewski, Tony Dunst, Phillip Peters and Josh "JJProdigy" Field.

Level: 6

Blinds: 150/300

Ante: 25

Tino Flushed

Brandon Cantu and Tino Lechich got into a raising war on the turn when the board read {10-Spades}{A-Spades}{6-Hearts}{Q-Spades}. Cantu leads out with a 1,200 bet and Lechich bumped it up to 3,600. Cantu then pushed for his remaining 10,000 chips and Lechich made the call.

Cantu: {J-Spades}{9-Spades}
Lechich: {K-Clubs}{J-Hearts}

Lechich held the nut straight but found himself drawing dead against the flush of Cantu. The river was the {6-Spades} and Cantu jumps to 23,000 chips while Lechich falls to around 10,000 chips.

Peters Rivers a Winner

Josh "JJProdigy" Field opened what would be a three-way pot with a 625 pre-flop raise from early position. He was called by both Michael Tomeny (small blind) and Phillip Peters (big blind).

The flop came down {J-Hearts}{10-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and all three players checked.

The turn brought the {2-Hearts} and the action checked around to Field who fired a 2,275 bullet. Tomeny then kicked it up to 8,000 and Peters made the call for all of his chips (2,875). Field folded to the reraise.

Tomeny: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}
Peters: {A-Diamonds}{J-Spades}

The river - the ace of hearts - cracked Tomeny's queens and Peters stacked up just under 8,000 in new chips after the hand.
