2025 BSOP Super High Roller Series
With a raise to 24,000 to his immediate right, Ramon Kropmanns three-bet to 52,000 in the hijack. Ramiro Araujo then four-bet jammed from the cutoff for 318,000.
The original raiser folded, and Kropmanns went deep into the tank. Kropmanns had the smaller of the two stacks, meaning a call would put him at risk of soft-bubbling the tournament.
After using a time extension, Kropmanns elected to fold.
Alcioni Pollerman raised to 25,000 under the gun, Luis Kamei three-bet to 75,000 in middle position, and Pollerman called.
The flop came J♦9♥8♣ and Kamei continued for 45,000. Pollermann called, and the A♥ fell on the turn.
Kamei then bet 84,000, and Pollermann quickly folded this time.
Caio Ozawa opened to 24,000 from middle position, and immediately faced resistance as Martin Kabrhel three-bet to 68,000, one seat to his left. The action returned to Ozawa, who called.
Both players checked on the 5♣K♥J♣ flop, and the dealer added the 4♣ to the board.
Ozawa checked again, prompting Kabrhel to bet 69,000. Ozawa then put in a check-raise to 220,000. That was enough to see Kabrhel relinquish his hand, earning Ozawa the pot.
Vladas Tamasauskas raised to 24,000 in the hijack before Fernando Santos moved all in for 140,000 on the button. Santos was already standing up from his seat and putting on his backpack as the big blind called, while Tamasauskas got out of the way.
Fernando Santos: 9♠9♥
Opponent: K♥K♠
Santos picked up his cards and gave them a kiss for good luck after seeing his opponent turn over two kings. The J♣7♦5♥ flop was no help, but he found his miracle on the 9♦ turn. The river was the 8♦ and Santos doubled up.
Laurie Tournier opened from the hijack before seeing Gabriel Haeffner move all in for 115,000 from the big blind.
After a moment's consideration, Tournier called.
Gabriel Haeffner: 10♠10♣
Laurie Tournier: A♥5♥
The J♥5♣Q♥ flop left Haeffner with a world of outs to dodge, but he managed it; the 2♠ turn and J♣ river completed the board, seeing him hold to double up.
Andres Korn manoeuvred his stack of 255,000 into the middle and was at risk versus Daria Krashennikova, who called.
Andres Korn: Q♠Q♦
Daria Krashennikova: 10♠10♣
The dealer provided a 8♣6♣4♦4♥J♣ board, earning Korn a double up.
Alen Fillipi bet 16,000 from the cutoff on a flop of J♦Q♠3♥ and Christian Poras called under the gun.
Fillipi bet another 150,000 on the 8♦ turn, and Poras again called. The river was the 9♠ and Poras open-shoved for 410,000. Fillipi snap-called.
Poras turned over K♦10♦ for the rivered straight, and Fillipi flashed A♣10♣ for a lower straight before handing over the double up.
Seeing a raise to 24,000 from the player in the cutoff ahead of him, Martin Kabrhel three-bet to 72,000 from the small blind. Yannick Capocetti then four-bet to 150,000 from the big blind. The original raiser folded, and Kabrhel called.
The dealer spread a Q♠A♥4♥ flop, which saw Kabrhel check, and Capocetti bet 65,000. Kabrhel then executed a check-raise to 188,000, which Capocetti called.
Kabrhel fired again, this time for 187,000, on the flush-completing 7♥ turn. Again, Capocetti called.
The 6♠ river saw Kabrhel announce a bet of 400,000, which was enough to cover Capocetti's remaining 286,000 stack.
After some consideration, Capocetti opted to fold, and the pot was pushed to Kabrhel.
