Worth the Wait?

Paul Testud allowed his stack to blind all the way down to 45,000 before he made a stand.

The action folded to him in the small blind and in they went. Fady Kamar was in the big blind and called blind.

Testud: {8-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}
Kamar: {j-Hearts}{4-Hearts}

The board ran {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{j-Spades} to eliminate the jovial Frenchman.

Kut Fu Chow Eliminates Ramon Romero

Kut Fu Chow has just eliminated Ramon Romero. We arrived at the table with what seemed like an all-in and call, on the turn, on a board of {K-Diamonds} {9-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} {5-Spades}.

Fu Chow{5-Clubs} {4-Clubs}
Romero{A-Clubs} {8-Diamonds}

The river was the {9-Diamonds} and Fu Chow swiped his brow in a show of relief. Romero packed up his things and left, while Fu Chow counted his 200,000 stack.

Castelluccio Calls Pantling with King High

On the {J-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{3-Clubs} flop, Justin Bonomo checked to Sergio Castelluccio and he bet 25,000. Andrew Pantling made the call behind him and then Bonomo folded.

The turn was the {7-Spades} and both players checked to see the {5-Spades} land on the river. Castelluccio checked and Pantling bet 54,000. Castelluccio tank-called and then Pantling tabled the {Q-Hearts}{4-Hearts} for a busted flush draw. Castelluccio showed the {K-Clubs}{Q-Spades} for king high and won the pot.

Turning into a Good Trip for Buddiga

This is Pratyush Buddiga's first trip to Europe to play poker. He only intended to play EPT Berlin but after he made the final table there (8th for €72,000) he thought he might as well try his luck here. Good job he did as he's tearing up the chip counts post bubble.

He just eliminated Chanracy Khun in a race to move up to around 700,000 chips. He opened from late position and called when Khun shoved from the small blind.

Khun: {3-Spades}{3-Hearts}
Buddiga: {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}

The board ran {8-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{a-Clubs}{10-Spades} to make him trips.

(Thanks to Autumn from PokerStars PR for this hand. She's trailing as a field reporter this afternoon.)

Team Pro Toth Doubles

Richard Toth
Richard Toth

From the hijack seat, Andrew Pantling raised to 18,000. Team PokerStars Pro Richard Toth reraised all in from the cutoff seat for 126,000. Pantling took a minute and then called with the {A-Hearts}{8-Hearts}. Toth held the {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}.

The {J-Spades}{10-Spades}{6-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{6-Hearts} board meant Toth held the winner and he doubled up.
