Schemion and Sternheimer Chip Up

Timothy Adams raised to 4,500 in the hijack and Ole Schemion three-bet to 14,000 on the button. Juan Pardo four-bet to 48,500 from the small blind and just Schemion called.

The flop came {q-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and Pardo used a time bank before choosing to check. Schemion announced a bet of 16,500 and Pardo slung his cards to the muck.

At the other table, Paul Newey opened to 5,000 in the hijack and Philip Sternheimer flat-called on the button. Joao Vieira re-raised to 25,000 out of the big blind and only Sternheimer called.

The flop fell {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and Vieira continued with a bet of 15,000. Sternheimer called and the {7-Clubs} rolled off on the turn. Vieira checked this time and Sternheimer made a bet of 41,000 which was good enough to win the pot.

Three players headed to a flop of {j-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Hearts} with around 15,000 in the middle. Paul Newey tossed in a bet of 6,500 and was called by Philip Sternheimer and Graeme Newman.

The turn brought the {4-Hearts} and all three players checked to the {k-Hearts} on the river. Newman led out with a bet of 15,000 this time and Newey called while Sternheimer got out of the way.

Newman flipped over {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for just a pair of sixes while Newey showed {k-Spades}{j-Spades} for two pair to win the pot.
