Alejandro Lococo has entered the tournament and started quickly, opening for 2,000 from under the gun. Adrian Dan called from the big blind.

On the {a-Clubs}{5-Spades}{5-Diamonds} flop, a continuation bet of 2,000 was enough for Papo MC to take down a small pot.

At the same table, Kenny Hallaert has enjoyed a nice start to the day and is on just under 70,000 chips.

Salas Gets River Shove Through Grafton

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

With roughly 13,000 in the middle on a {5-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} board, Sam Grafton, in middle position, checked over to Damian Salas, who bet 4,500. Grafton would call and the big-name duo would head to the river.

The {10-Diamonds} completed the board, putting a diamond flush on the board as well. Grafton would check over to the Argentine, who put his remaining 18,300 chips in the middle. After brief deliberation, Grafton would lay it down and Salas would go up to around 40,000 total.

Grafton is still having himself an excellent start to Day 1b, having racked up nearly 100,000 chips thus far.

Marques Gets the Maximum After Flopping Flush

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
Pedro Marques
Pedro Marques

With about 15,000 in the middle on a {2-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs} board, Pedro Marques checked over to Rodrigo De Barros Semeghini, who put out a bet of 6,000.

After a long staredown, Marques raised to 24,800, which only left him with a single 500 chip behind.

Following a minute-long deliberation, Semeghini opted to call. Marques flipped over {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and Semeghini nodded his head and put his cards into the muck.

M'Hiri Continues Fantastic Summer, Eliminates Pihela

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Igor Pihela opened to 1,200 from early position and Chakib M'Hiri three-bet to 3,500 from the button. Pihela called.

On the {j-Hearts}{a-Spades}{6-Diamonds} flop, Pihela checked to M'Hiri, who bet 3,000. Pihela raised to 12,000 and M'Hiri called.

On the {8-Spades} turn, Pihela shoved for a little under 20,000 more and M'Hiri snap called.

Igor Pihela: {a-Clubs}{4-Hearts}
Chakib M'Hiri: {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs}

M'Hiri had flopped a set of sixes and had Pihela drawing dead on the turn.

The {8-Diamonds} completed the board, which improved the Tunisian to a full house.

M'Hiri, who binked a tournament to win a career-high $111,775 just a couple weeks ago, was dealt queens the next hand and took down another five-figure pot and is nearing the 100,000-chip mark.

Lessa Wins Three-Way Pot, Approaching 50,000

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Hernan Dario Villa Restrepo opened for 1,300 from early position and was called by Henrique Calheiros Quintella Lessa on the button and Glenn Marcher in the big blind.

The flop came {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and Restrepo continued for 2,600. Both Lessa and Marcher called.

The turn brought the {9-Hearts} and all three players tapped the table.

On the {q-Spades} river, it checked around to Lessa, who fired out a bet of 4,500. Marcher folded immediately and Restrepo would think about his decision for about 10 or 15 seconds before laying his hand down.
