Lucky Sevens Take Pot For Langar

Level 14 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Denison Klein Barreiros opened the action to 6,000 from middle position and only Milad Oghabian Langar made the call in the small blind.

Langar check-called a bet of 9,000 from Barreiros on a flop of {10-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{3-Diamonds}. The {6-Clubs} hit the turn and both players checked their options.

On the {2-Spades} river both players checked again and Langar quickly rolled over {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} for a pair good enough to take the pot when Barreiros mucked.

Death By Ace-Queen

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Two players were heads-up looking at a board of {a-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{q-Clubs} and action was on Tullio Juarez in early position who placed out a bet of 15,000. Then his small blind opponent Simon Bouaksa check-raised to 58,500 and Juarez quickly called and tabled {a-Hearts}{q-Spades} for top two pair.

He was then shown the bad news when Bouaksa flipped over {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} for a turned set of queens. The river was the {10-Clubs} and Bouaksa held for a big double up while Bertoli was left with only 30,000.

The very next hand, Juarez shipped it all in from under-the-gun with {a-}{q-} again and was called by {8-}{8-} but the runout did not help him and he was eliminated.

Kara Takes Three-Bet Pot

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Action folded to Halim Tutku Kara who opened for 5,500 from middle position. Silviu Baltateanu called on the button and Antonio D'ascenzo elected to three-bet to 12,500 from the small blind. Kara made the call and Baltateanu got out of the way.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades} and both players checked. On the {5-Hearts} turn D'ascenzo checked again and Kara bet 13,500, which D'ascenzo quickly called.

The {k-Diamonds} completed the board and both players checked to showdown. D'ascenzo rolled over {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} for ace-high and Kara revealed {j-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for flopped top-pair, enough to scoop in the pot.

Nabil El Hage: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}
Scott Margereson: {k-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

Maximum Value for Rosadoni

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Giovanni Rosadoni raised preflop from middle position to 6,500 and found one caller from Youness Hssain in the big blind.

The flop was {6-Spades}{q-Hearts}{2-Spades} and Hssain checked to Rosadoni who continued for 12,500 which Hssain called.

The turn came the {3-Spades} and Hssain again check-called a bet from Rosadoni for 30,000, and by this time the pot had swelled to 100,000.

After it was checked to him on the river {8-Diamonds}m Rosadoni moved all in for his last 30,000 and Hssain begrudgingly called. He was then shown {9-Spades}{10-Spades} by Rosadoni for a turned flush while Hssain was left with {q-Clubs}{2-Clubs} for a flopped 2 pair.
