Top Pair Gets it Done for Vicente

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

The action flop of Q5A saw Chris Moonin lead out for 3,000 from the small blind. Unai Vicente turned up the pressure, putting in a reraise to 6,500, which got called.

The action then slowed, as both players checked the 8 turn.

It was more of the same on the river, with the K checked down. Vicente showed A6 for top pair, which was enough to send Monnin's cards into the muck.

Pisano Shoves River

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Andrii Vakaliuk opened to 1,200 from under the gun and Vincenzo Pisano called in middle position as Mykola Serhiienko came along from the big blind.

Serhiienko checked on the flop of Q79 and Vakaliuk continued for 2,200. Both opponents called. Serhiienko checked again on the Q turn and Vakaliuk also checked. Pisano bet 5,000 and only Serhiienko called.

Serhiienko checked once more on the 7 river and Pisano pushed out a stack of chips as he announced all in. Serhiienko folded and showed the 9 as he did so.
