Ultimately Oprea decided to flick in a call only to see the bad news when Carominas showed down 6♣5♦ for quad fives to take down a chunky pot.
Oprea was left short-stacked and would be eliminated shortly after in a preflop confrontation.
Beka Magradze was out of position in a heads-up pot against Krystian Lisowski on a board of J♥6♥4♦9♣.
Magradze checked on the turn and Lisowski bet 11,000. Magradze check-raised all in for 61,500 and Lisowski folded to hang on to his stack of around 50,000.
Attilio Gatta opened in the hijack to 4,500, finding one call in Marco Manuel in the big blind.
The flop came down 4♠7♥8♦. Manuel chose to play out of flow and lead into the aggressor for 8,000.
Gatta thought on his decision before tossing his cards into the muck.
Paris Sitzoukis opened to 5,000 from the hijack and Guillaume Pahon three-bet to 15,000 from the cutoff.
Action folded back around to Sitzoukis, who four-bet jammed for around 50,000. Pahon quickly folded.

Lococo slowed down, checking the 9♥ turn. In contrast, Nobrega continued the aggression, betting 13,500. Lococo, who was the stack at risk, quickly moved all in and the Brazilian snap-called.
