In the hijack, Valerii Kalynych opened to 2,600. Then on the button, Shahin Jouvireh shoved for 24,100. Kalynych eventually called.
Shahin Jouvireh: A♦10♦
Valerii Kalynych: Q♣Q♦
The flop 7♣9♠6♠ didn't bring any help for Jouvireh, but the A♥ on the turn gave him top pair to take the lead. He even hit two pair, thanks to the river 10♠, and doubled up.
Pavlou Pavlos opened to 2,400 from under the gun and Aleksandr Burov called in the hijack before 2022 EPT London champ Ian Hamilton three-bet to 8,500 on the button. Both opponents called.
"Like to see flops, don't you?" commented Hamilton.
Pavlos and Burov checked on the 7♠5♣7♣ flop and Hamilton continued for 8,000. Only Pavlos called. Pavlos then moved all in for around 17,300 on the 5♦ turn and Hamilton laid it down.
Milad Bigvand was riding a short stack of around 3,700 when he moved all in against Ren Lin.
Milad Bigvand: K♣J♦
Ren Lin: A♦8♦
The board ran out 9♦3♥7♥6♣8♥ and Lin finished with a pair of eights, while Bigvand was left holding just king-high and was sent to the rail.
More than 50,000 was already in the middle as Joseph Sabe and Metin Kaplanoglu went heads-up to the river on a board of 8♥K♥J♣7♦Q♣.
Sabe then moved all in, sending Kaplanoglu deep into the tank. "I have a very good hand," Kaplanoglu said before calling for his last 30,000 after several minutes.
Sabe then turned over A♥10♥ for the rivered straight and Kaplanoglu flashed 7♠7♥ before mucking his set. "I couldn't get away," Kaplanoglu said as he made his exit.
Tinay Aksoy and Sam Grafton are also seated at this table.
Level: 10
Blinds: 600/1,200

On Table 34, Alain Zeidan in the cutoff and Silvio Domingues Costa on the button moved all in preflop, with Domingues Costa being at risk for 26,600 chips.
Silvio Domingues Costa: A♠A♥
Alain Zeidan: K♦K♥
On K♣A♣8♣J♠6♥, both players hit a set, but Domingues Costa remained in the lead and doubled up. Zeidan thought he was covered, so he left. But he had to come back as he had 13,100 chips left.
Heads-up on a flop of 9♥3♠10♦, Andrei Cherkashin bet 5,000 from the cutoff and Kuljinder Sidhu called in middle position.
The turn came the 10♠ and Cherkashin bet another 18,000. Sidhu then slid forward a bet of 80,000, enough to put Cherkashin all in, and Cherkashin called for his last 66,000.
Sidhu had Q♥Q♣, but Cherkashin had pulled ahead on the turn with A♦10♥ for trips. The river came the 2♥ and Cherkashin doubled up.
The unmistakable voice of Ren Lin was heard above the din of the room as he took his seat at this table while the hand was in progress.
"My man, you are dangerous," Lin told Cherkashin.
Bergutay Erkal was out of position in a heads-up pot against Marcin Kreft.
Erkal checked on the flop of A♦6♦7♥ and Kreft bet 1,700. Erkal jammed with Kreft covered and Kreft gave it some thought before calling off with a stack of around 20,000.
Marcin Kreft: A♣5♣
Bergutay Erkal: A♥7♠
Kreft was in rough shape against the two pair of Erkal, who filled up on the A♠ turn before the K♦ river confirmed Kreft's elimination.
A pot of around 40,000 was already in the middle as Paata Dalalishvili and Renat Bohdanov went to the river on a completed board of A♦2♥4♠7♠6♥.
Dalalishvili, under the gun, then moved all in and Bohdanov went deep into the tank. He thought about the decision for several minutes before calling for his last 46,000.
Dalalishvili then turned over 3♦3♣ and Bohdanov showed A♥J♥ for a pair of aces as he won the pot to double up.
