Aygun Goes Big on the River

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

There were a few folds before Mircea Flutur opened the cutoff to 40,000. Aksel Aygun was in the small blind and flat called. The big blind folded and they were off to a flop heads up.

The 346 flop quickly checked through to a 10 turn. Aygun opted to lead this card for a sizing of 40,000. Flutur called.

The 9 landed on the river and after only a moment Aygun led again but for a larger sizing of 135,000. Unfortunately, he could not get anymore action as Flutur folded and Aygun scooped.

Kaufmann Gets Value From Hamilton

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Heads-up on a flop of 4102, Ian Hamilton bet 40,000 from middle position and David Kaufmann called on the button.

The turn came the 9 and Hamilton bet another 85,000. Kaufmann again called as the 7 fell on the river.

Hamilton then checked and Kaufmann went into the massive wall of chips he had before him and put out 300,000. Hamilton quickly called and Kaufmann showed A10 to win the pot.

"You can use my space if you want," Kaufmann's table neighbor Andrei Teodorescu joked as Kaufmann's rapidly increasing stack began taking up a bigger portion of that side of the table.
