Ramella Spikes the Turn to Almost Triple

Level 23 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Richard Dalberg moved all in from under the gun for 210,000 and was called by Sondre Stormyr in middle position. In the small blind, Jorge Ramella rejammed for 330,000 and Stormyr put in the call to put both players at risk.

Richard Dalberg: AJ All in
Jorge Ramella: AK All in
Sondre Stormyr: AQ

It was the battle of the aces with Ramella having the best of it until the Q88 flop vaulted Stormyr into the lead. However, the dealer peeled a miracle K on the turn to put Ramella back in front and it stayed that way on the 6 river as he collected a massive pot.

Tony Ren Lin

Ren Lin has been on a tear in the past level and is the probable current chip leader.

In a recent hand, Lin opened from under the gun and was called by Tobias Kirby-Hogarty in the big blind.

Kirby-Hogarty check-called a 50,000 bet from Lin on the J23 flop, but check-folded facing a 200,000 barrel from Lin on the 8 turn.

"Show one?" Kirby-Hogarty asked.

"No," Lin replied with a sheepish grin.

Spallanzani Ousted by Antelo

Level 24 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Nicola Spallanzani opened to 60,000 from the cutoff and was called by Tobias Antelo in the small blind.

Antelo checked to Spallanzani on the KJ8 flop and he continued for 40,000. Antelo then check-raised to 200,000 — sending Spallanzani deep into the tank.

Several minutes passed by before Spallanzani announced he was all in for a bit over 400,000 total and Antelo snap-called.

Tobias Antelo: KQ

Spallanzani was in rough shape against the top pair of Antelo, and the 1010 runout kept Antelo best to eliminate Spallanzani.
