With the board showing Q♦7♦K♦8♥4♠, Didrik Mantor bet 43,000 with just 1,000 behind. Steve O'Dwyer, who was seated to the right of Mantor, jammed, covering Mantor.
Mantor flicked in his last chip to call and O'Dwyer turned over top two pair with KxQx. However, this was second best to Mantor's 8♣8♠ for a set of eights, and Mantor doubled up.
Jacob Amsellem raised to 11,000 in early position, Christian Pedersen moved all in for 64,000 in the cutoff, and Amsellem called.

Daniel Rezaei raised from early position with Ramon Colillas calling from the small blind and Nicolai Voreland defending his big blind.
All three players checked the 5♥10♥3♣ flop to see the 8♦ appear on the turn. Colillas led out for 20,000 and only Vorelamnd called.
The 5♦ appeared on the river and Colillas bet 55,000. Voreland instantly called then instantly mucked after Colillas revealed J♠J♣ for an overpair to the board.
Julian Wyss moved all in for 45,000 from the small blind, Carlos Garcia also shoved for 75,000 in the big blind, and Turbo Nguyen put both players at risk in middle position.

Wyss and Garcia both needed to improve against Nguyen's nines as the board ran out Q♠2♣3♣4♥, keeping Nguyen in the lead going to the river. The dealer turned over the A♣ on the river, giving Garcia top pair and earning him the pot to double off Nguyen while sending Wyss to the rail.
"You only play ace-queen? I've seen you play two hands today, both ace-queen," tablemate Kevin Houghton said to Garcia after the hand.
Sebastian Malec moved all in for 60,000 from the button and Raphael Bilger called in the big blind.

The 2016 EPT Barcelona champion was at-risk and dominated as the flop came A♥K♥6♥, giving Bilger two pair. Malec was left drawing dead aftr the 9♦ turn, while the 4♠ completed the board on the river and sealed his elimination.
At another table, Sergio Marin and Ran Shahar saw a flop of 5♠J♥9♦ where Marin bet 45,000 from the big blind. Shahar then raised to 120,000 in the cutoff.
Marin spent a few minutes in the tank until eventually announcing all in. Shahar had around 160,000 remaining and also took a minute, but he ended up folding and Marin took the pot.
With only 20,000 left, Knut Karnapp in the big blind was all-in against Nicolai Voreland on the button.

Jareth East was all in for around 85,000 on the button against Kelvin Kerber in middle position.
