When action folded to Ben Heath in the small blind, he limped in for 1,000. Alexandros Theologis raised to 3,500 from the big blind, and Heath made the call to take the players to a flop.
The dealer burned and turned a 7♠8♦9♣ flop, and both players checked. Action checked through again on the 2♣ turn.
Heath then opted to take over the betting lead on the 10♠ river, placing a bet of 2,500. Theologis responded with a raise to 12,000, which Heath called.
Theologis turned over 6♠6♥ for a rivered straight, good enough to lay claim to the pot.
Alexandros Theologis kicked things off in the hijack with a raise to 2,500 and found callers in Bernhard Binder on the button and Christopher Nguyen in the big blind,
On the 2♦J♦9♥ flop, everyone checked to Binder, who bet 3,500, and Theologis was the only one who stuck around.
Theologis checked the 5♠ turn and Binder continued for 25,000. Theologis used his whole time bank before making the call.
Both players checked the 3♦ on the river, and Theologis turned K♠J♣ for a pair of jacks with the king as kicker, which seemed enough for Binder, as his cards found the muck.
Action began with a raise to 2,500 by Alexandros Theologis on the button. Both Orpen Kisacikoglu and Bernhard Binder called from the small and big blind, respectively.
Playing in flow, action checked to Theologis on a K♥8♣2♦ flop, who continued with a bet of 4,500. Kisacikoglu called before Binder returned his cards to the dealer.
Both players checked the 9♦ turn, and the dealer completed the board with the A♦.
Kisacikoglu opted to check-call a bet of 9,000, before mucking his cards when Theologis showed A♥3♠ for a rivered top pair.
[Removed:548] kicked off the action from under the gun and raised to 2,500. Only Pieter Aerts in the big blind stuck around to see the 8♣7♥J♠ flop.
Aerts check-raised the 2,000 bet of [Removed:549] to 7,000, and [Removed:549] made the call.
On the Q♠ turn, Aerts checked once again, and [Removed:549] continued for 7,500, which Aerts called after some thinking time.
The 3♥ followed on the river, and again Aerts checked to [Removed:558], who fired a bet of 26,500, putting Aerts in the tank. Aerts raised to 75,000, which [Removed:549] called. Aerts showed Q♣Q♥ for a turned set of queens, and [Removed:549] showed J♥Jx for a losing set of flopped jacks.

Players starting today will receive 250,000 in chips. Blinds begin at 500/1,000 with a 1,000 big blind ante. The plan for Day 1 is to play eight levels of 60 minutes each, with a break after every two levels. From the start, a shot clock will be in play, giving players 15 seconds for decisions, along with six 30-second time banks and one additional time bank added each level.
There is no limit on reentries, and registration stays open until the beginning of Day 2 on October 6 at 12:30 p.m. Once the final table is reached, the format changes, and a set number of hands will be played per level instead of timed levels.
