In a pot of 95,000, Bartlomiej Kijak checked the K♣10♣7♠8♦A♥ completed board from the big blind. Tal Herzog then pushed all in for 44,000 in the hijack, and Kijak quickly called.
Herzog showed K♠K♥ for a set of kings, and Kijak only briefly flashed his cards before they were added to the muck.
Atanas Malinov was one of the shortest stacks in the room with 10,500, and pushed them across the betting line from under the gun. Kharlin Sued called on the button and the players went to showdown.

Malinov held a slight lead, but Sued picked up a whole host of outs on the 4♦J♦8♣ flop with a flush draw.
The 4♥ turn was safe for Malinov, but the K♠ river wasn't, as Sued spiked a king to win the hand and send everyone one step closer to the money.
Anton Wigg raised to 6,000 in the cutoff, and Dean Hutchison called in the big blind.
Once Hutchison had checked on the 2♠2♣5♣ flop, Wigg bet 4,000, and Hutchison called.
The 6♠ turn and Q♥ river both checked through, and when Hutchison tabled king-high with his K♣7♣, it turned out to be the best hand, as Wigg showed J♣8♣ for just jack-high.
Ivo Colaco raised to 6,000 from the cutoff, with Ezequiel Kleinman calling from the button and Andras Nemeth defending from the big blind.
All three checked the 3♦4♠K♣ flop to see the 2♣ on the turn. Nemeth checked again and Colaco bet 6,000. Kleinman called and Nemeth folded.
The 8♥ completed the board and both players checked. Colaco turned over A♦9♦ for ace-high, losing the pot against Kleinman's 7♦7♥ for a pair of sevens.
In a three-bet pot worth 50,000, Peter Mugar checked the Q♦4♥K♦ flop from early position to Raphael Bilger on the button. Bilger then spent three time banks before he noticed it was his turn.
A heated discussion of several minutes followed, but after several floormen had arrived at the table, Bilger was forced to surrender his time banks and checked back.
Mugar quickly moved in his last 28,500 on the 6♣ turn, and Bilger frustratedly folded A♦J♣ face up.
Tomasz Brzezinski's stack of around 55,000 found its way into the middle from the small blind, with Nicholas Seward trying to bust him from the big blind.

Brzezinski was in front with two kings, but Seward spiked an ace on the A♠8♦6♠ flop to take the lead.
Seward improved further to two pair on the 9♦ turn, and faded Brzezinski's two-outer when the 5♣ completed the board.
Brzezinski wished the table good luck as he ventured toward the exit.
Ayvar Akhmedov raised in the cutoff, and Eugen Chiva three-bet to 21,000 on the button. When the action returned to Akhmedov, he called.
The 8♦3♣K♣ flop saw Akhmedov check-call when Chiva continued for another 21,000. The K♥ turn then checked through.
Akhmedov checked once again on the J♦ river, and Chiva bet 45,000. Akhmedov called, but it was bad news, as Chiva tabled K♦J♠ for a full house, and Akhmedov mucked his cards.
Nicola Bordignon checked from the big blind on the 4♣7♦2♦ flop and Gabriel Tavares bet 7,000 from middle position. Bordignon check-raised to 20,000, and after a few moments, Tavares shoved. Bordignon had the effective stack of 65,000 and quickly called, putting himself at risk.

A four-bet pot worth around 175,000 had reached the 10♥10♦3♣9♠ turn when Jonathan Friderichs moved all in for 72,500 from the small blind. Kalman Dohany on the button spent one of his time banks before calling.
