It has been another busy evening, with 160 entries on Day 1e so far. Of them, 138 still have a seat, and they have been sent on a 15-minute break.
A pot of 7,000 chips was in the middle when Manoel Marques Santos led out for 1,500 from the big blind on a flop of 3♥K♦9♥. Remus Matache was his opponent, in the hijack, and he raised to 4,100.
"Let me think about it," Marques Santos stated before he tossed in a call.
The 6♦ turn was then checked by both players, after which the 4♥ river completed the board. Marques Santos picked up 7,000 chips and threw them into the middle and Matache raised for the second time, to 17,000.
The action was not done, however, as Marques Santos three-bet jammed, covering Matache's stack of 42,000. Matache snap called and showed A♥8♥ for the nut flush.
Marques Santos turned over his K♥Q♥ for the second nuts, but it was not good enough to award him the pot. Thanks to earlier profit, he was still left with 35 big blinds. Matache, meanwhile, soared up the leaderboard with almost double the starting stack.

Mark McNabb and Ambrose Travers were heads up on a flop of 6♥9♠8♣. With around 4,000 chips in the middle, McNabb bet 3,000 from middle position, which Travers called from the button.
McNabb sized up a bit to 4,000 on the 4♠ turn, and another call followed. On the 3♦ river, McNabb splashed in a large bet of 15,000 chips, but Travers still called without thinking too long.
McNabb showed his 6♠5♠ for one pair of sixes, which Travers had outclassed with his 9♥9♦ for top set.

Andrey Cruz, Juan Diaz-Caneja, and Remus Matache were on a flop of 5♦Q♦9♥, where the action was checked to Matache on the button. He made a bet of 3,500 into the pot of 9,500, which only Diaz-Caneja called, from the hijack.
The 7♣ turn was then put on the felt, which saw Diaz-Caneja check again. This time, Matache opted for a bet of 7,500, which was enough to garner a fold and awarded him the pot.

The action was caught on the turn of 4♦7♥4♥8♥, where Sebastian-Ionut Mihai checked from the small blind to Leon Jordaan in the big blind. Jordaan made a bet of 10,000 into the pot of 21,000, which Mihai called.
The 5♦ river then arrived and Mihai promptly led out for 11,000 chips. Jordaan thought it over for a bit but settled on a fold, after which Mihai proudly showed K♠J♣ for just king-high.

Dara O'Kearny just sat down on Day 1e of the Main Event and completed his small blind after several people limped in. David Keane checked the big blind, and five people went to the flop of 2♦4♣8♣.
The action was then checked to John Cormican in the hijack, who made a large bet of 2,200. Kyle Rafferty called from the cutoff, as did O'Kearney, while the rest of the table folded.
The 9♥ turn emerged from the deck and Cormican sized up to 7,000 chips. This time, he received two folds, seeing him chip back up to nearly a starting stack.
