Palatzky Runs Into Zhou's Aces

Heads-up on a flop of 5♦5♣5♠ and already around 200,000 in the middle, Quan Zhou bet 75,000 from the cutoff and Marc Palatzky called off his last 35,000 in the big blind.

Both players had flopped a full house, but Zhou's aces were in front as the board ran out K♠5♥, sending Palatzky to the rail.

Urumovic Finds Extra Chips, Still Folds to Yanovski

Vasileios Chatzilazarou was already all in and standing up from his seat as Leonid Yanovski and Goran Urumovic went to the turn on a board of 5♠9♣6♦J♦.

Yanovski bet 35,000 in the hijack and Urumovic called from the big blind. The river came the 6♠ and Yanovski bet another 100,000.

"Nines? Really?," Urumovic said as he tanked for several minutes. He began counting out his remaining stack and found he had less than he thought he had.

Urumovic then found an extra pile of grey 25,000 chips hidden under the rail. "I was like, where are all my chips," he said, then folded as Yanovski turned over Q♣J♠7♥6♣ for a full house.

Chatzilazarou's cards quickly hit the muck and Yanovski took both the main and side pots.

Paus Doubles Through "Crazy Greek"

Dominik Paus raised it up from the button and Nikolaos Lampropoulos potted to 80,000 in the big blind. The initial raiser repotted to 240,000 with a few chips behind and Lampropoulos eventually settled on a shove, Paus called.

There was no upset on the Q♣5♥2♦7♣5♠ runout and Paus doubled for 281,000.

Kozub Lends Perrinjaquet His "One Time"

Emily Perrinjaquet moved all in for her last 174,000 in the small blind and was up against big blind Matthew Macioce.

Perrinjaquet had run her kings into the aces of Macioce. Tablemate Tomasz Kozub then told her he folded king-seven.

"Why would you tell me that," Perrinjaquet joked.

"I'll give you my one time," Kozub said, and sure enough the flop came K♦5♣8♦ and Perrinjaquet hit the last king in the deck to take the lead.

The board ran out 10♣J♥ and Perrinjaquet doubled up.

"I've had my share of good luck this tournament," Macioce said, taking the bad beat in stride.

Oswin Ziegelbecker check-called a bet by Jakob Madsen on the A♦10♦7♣ flop and led the Q♥ turn before calling a raise to what appeared to be 230,000 by Madsen.

That brought them to the A♠ river on which Ziegelbecker announced a bet of 375,000.

Madsen went into the tank for half a minute and called but was shown the A♥A♣Q♠7♠ for quads.

"Very good play," Fahredin Mustafov exclaimed while Ziegelbecker was busy raking in the pot.

Joao Estanislau three-bet to 85,000 in the small blind before Heiko Hinkelmann, on the button, shoved all in for 265,000. Estanislau tanked for about a minute before he called.

Hinkelmann was ahead with his kings until the flop came 4♥A♣3♥. Estanislau spiked an ace to take the lead and held on through the 10♦ turn and 5♥ river to send Hinkelmann to the rail.

Kozub Forces Out Macioce

With 160,000 in the middle to the A♣K♠9♠ flop, Tomasz Kozub checked and subsequently called a bet worth 70,000 by Matthew Macioce.

The very same action repeated on the 5♦ turn for 140,000 and that brought them to the 7♠ river. Kozub and Macioce now engaged in a staring contest and Macioce inquired if Kozub had already acted, which wasn't the case.

Kozub bet 150,000 shortly after and Macioce double-checked his cards before folding.

Four players went to the turn on a board of 8♥Q♦K♣2♦ when Fabian Riebau-Schmithals bet 75,000 from the big blind. Goran Urumovic then shoved all in for 303,000 under the gun.

Leonid Yanovski folded on the button, while Vasileios Chatzilazarou tanked in the small blind before he also folded.

"I'm probably in bad shape," Riebau-Schmithals said as he called with [Jd10d9c9h. Urumovic showed A♣Q♣Q♥10♣ for a set of queens.

Riebau-Schmithals missed his straight draw on the 3♣ river and Urumovic doubled up.

"I was hoping you just called because I had the nut flush draw," Yanovski told him.
