Ensan Over-Bet Shoves into Spinella's Top Two Pair

Hossein Ensan opened from the cutoff to 600,000 and Anthony Spinella defended his big blind.

On the flop of 2♥5♣7♠, Spinella checked and Ensan shoved. Spinella had almost 4,000,000 behind and quickly called.

Ensan seemingly wanted to bully Spinella, who had flopped top two and was going absolutely nowhere. Just as it seemed Spinella was going to cruise to a double-up, the A♦ on the turn made things a bit sweaty as Ensan found some outs.

Luckily for Spinella, he boated up on the 5♥ river, allowing him to double up.

There was a raise to 600,000 from early position before Ege Guven three-bet to around 2,000,000 from the hijack. Hassanin Hashim four-bet shoved the button for 10,100,000, which got the initial opener to fold. Guven called and the cards were turned over with Hashim at risk.

Hashim was on the right end of a cooler and would see his chip stack skyrocket if he could avoid an ace. The board ran out Q♦J♠8♠Q♠3♦, which meant Hashim's Cowboys held up, earning him the double.

Larabi Flops the Jackpot

Bernard Larabi opened from early position and Sergiu Covrig three-bet to 1,400,000 from the next seat. When it got back to Larabi, he called.

The flop came down 5♠4♥7♠ and Larabi decided to lead for 650,000. Covrig called to see the 3♣ fall on the turn and Larabi continued to fire, this time for 1,100,000. Again, Covrig called.

An A♦ dropped on the river and Larabi shoved for 3,400,000. Covrig had close to 13,000,000 in his stack and burned through some time banks before he eventually made the call.

Larabi then showed 7♥7♦ for a set, and Covrig's A♠5♥ went into the muck.

Sergiu Covrig opened from middle position and Samantha Lake three-bet the hijack to 1,800,000. Covrig then four-bet shoved around 8,000,000. Lake had just under 6,000,000 back after her three-bet and committed her full stack to the pot.

It was a huge pot which would mean a stack of 16,000,000 for the winner, and it was Covrig that held a big lead with his Cowboys. After the dealer counted out the stacks, the flop of Q♦8♥4♥ was put out on board. A 3♥ turn was terrible for Lake as Covrig improved to a flush draw, leaving her with just two outs to hit.

Neither of those arrived on the 2♦ river, and Lake was sent to the rail.

Razvan Sabau made it 500,000 to go from middle position and Jessica Teusl defended her big blind.

Teusl check-called a bet of 575,000 from Sabau on the 2♦4♦A♠ flop.

The two players checked the 5♥ turn to see the 10♦ land on the river. Teusl led out for 1,000,000 and was met by a raise to 2,800,000 from Sabau. Teusl thought for a few moments before making the call.

Sabau turned over a flush with J♦8♦ to win the pot, as Teusl mucked her hand.

Dawid Smolka opened from early position to 400,000 and Ruslan Khadartsev defended from the big blind.

The flop came 8♦6♦7♠ and Khadartsev led out for 350,000. Smolka then raised to 1,100,000 and Khadartsev called.

A 9♦ hit the turn and Khadartsev led out again, this time for 3,000,000. Smolka had 3,400,000 behind and moved all of his chips in the middle, then Khadartsev called off the extra.

Dmitry Kataev min-raised from early position and Aliaksandr Hirs defended out of the big blind.

Hirs checked the 5♣2♠6♣ flop and Kataev bet 400,000. Hirs used a time bank card before check-raising to 1,225,000. Kataev looked back at his cards and then shoved for Hirs' remaining 2,600,000. Hirs didn't take long to fold, and Kataev added even more chips to his stack.

At another table Italo Modena has run up his stack to roughly 20,000,000.

The action was picked up on a 7♥8♣Q♠6♠ board with around 1,500,000 in the middle. Hossein Ensan checked from the big blind and Ruslan Khadartsev fired 1,000,000 from the cutoff. Ensan called.

A 6♥ paired the board on the river and again Ensan checked, then Khadartsev bet 2,200,000. Ensan had just over 3,000,000 behind and after doing some inventory, he called.

Khadartsev showed K♣10♥ for a bluff, and Ensan showed 8♠7♠ for two pair to take the pot.
