Dashti Gets Value on the River

Heads-up in a three-bet pot and the flop showing 3♥A♥6♠, a player in the hijack bet 4,500 and Ghanim Dashti called in middle position.

The turn was the A♣ and the hijack bet another 16,400. Dashti took more than a minute before calling once more as the 9♣ fell on the river.

Dashti then led out for 35,000 and his opponent quickly called. Dashti showed A♠8♦ for trip aces and his opponent mucked.

"Queens? Jacks or queens," Dashti said as he took the pot.

Hadi Khordbin raised to 2,500 in early position before Michel Habib three-bet to 5,000 in the cutoff. Antonino Venneri called in the big blind as action went back on Khordbin, who four-bet to 25,000. Only Venneri called.

The flop came 4♦3♦2♣ and Khordbin bet another 20,000. Venneri again called and the K♣ fell on the turn. Khordbin then bet 50,000.

Venneri spent a minute counting out his stack before tapping the felt and surrendering the pot to Khordbin.

Atallah Takes On the Big Stack

Michel Atallah quickly jumped back into the field after losing the massive three-way all in to George Iota earlier and soon after found himself tangled in a pot with another big stack, Yilu Yuan.

Atallah raised to 2,500 in early position, Yuan three-bet to 9,100 in the small blind, and Atallah called. Yuan checked the K♥K♦8♠ flop and Atallah bet 10,000. Yuan called.

The turn was the A♦ and Atallah bet another 25,000. Yuan this time raised to 60,000 and Atallah quickly called. Yuan checked the 7♥ river and Atallah fired out 75,000.

Yuan gave up the pot and Atallah raked in the chips as he's nearly tripled his stacking stack on his second bullet.
