Just moments after Jim Collopy doubled up with J♦8♦ against the A♣K♣ of Nikolai Mamut, all three remaining players got involved in the next hand. Mamut opened to 400,000 on the button and Collopy jammed all in for 3,400,000 in the small blind. Terrance Reid flat-called in the big blind and Mamut quickly folded.

Terrance Reid: A♠J♠
The flop came K♠10♥6♥ which gave both players straight draws. It was the Q♠ on the turn that nearly locked it up for Reid with a straight and a backup flush draw. The river was the 6♣ and Collopy was unable to catch up, heading home in third place.
Terrance Reid raised to 400,000 on the button and Jim Collopy called in the big blind.
The flop came 5♣9♥5♥ and Reid bet 225,000. Collopy called to the 2♣ turn, where Reid bet another 1,100,000. Collopy folded this time, and Reid's rail let out a round of applause.
"A lot of media bias," Collopy joked.
The next hand, Nikolai Mamut opened to 400,000 on the button and Collopy three-bet to 1,375,000 in the small blind. Mamut then moved all in for 5,375,000, and Collopy snap-called.

Jim Collopy: A♦Q♣
Mamut was racing for his tournament life as the flop came 2♠4♦2♣, while the J♦ turn improved him to a full house and left Collopy drawing dead. The river was the 3♦ and Mamut doubled up.
Terrance Reid raised to 700,000 out of the small blind and Nikolai Mamut called from the big blind. The dealer fanned the flop of J♥8♥4♦ and Reid continued with a bet of 375,000. Mamut called and the Q♠ landed on the turn.
Both players tapped the table and the 5♠ completed the board. Reid cut out a bet of 900,000 on the river and Mamut mulled it over for a minute before sliding his cards to the muck.
The action folded to Terrance Reid in the small blind who announced all in as the big stack. Toby Lewis peeked at his cards and then called off his stack of 2,050,000 in the big blind.
Toby Lewis: A♠2♦
Terrance Reid: J♣6♦
The flop came K♥5♣2♣ and Lewis remained in the lead with a pair of deuces. However, the 6♣ on the turn put Reid out front with a pair of sixes and the lone flush draw. The 7♣ on the river completed his flush and Lewis was eliminated in fourth place.
Jim Collopy raised to 400,000 on the button, then instantly put in his last 4,450,000 and turned over his cards as soon as Toby Lewis announced all in from the big blind.
Jim Collopy: A♠J♥
Toby Lewis: A♦10♠
Collopy had Lewis dominated and was poised for the double up as the J♠4♦A♣ flop gave him top two pair. The turn was the 6♣, while Collopy improved to a full house on the A♥ river to secure the double up.
Toby Lewis raised to 300,000 on the button and Nikolai Mamut called in the small blind. Jim Collopy then moved all in for 3,300,000 in the big blind, and both Lewis and Mamut folded.
A few hands later, Mamut opened to 300,000 in the cutoff and Collopy shoved again, making it 4,000,000 from the button. The table folded back to Mamut, who considered the decision for a minute before again tossing his cards in the muck.
