Chip Leader Coaching Battle Results in Massive Cooler

Cherish Andrews opened to 12,000 in middle position and Chance Kornuth, who just recently arrived at the table, three-bet to 34,000 a couple of seats over. The action folded back to Andrews who called to see a flop of K82.

Andrews checked to Kornuth who continued with a bet of 10,000. Andrews check-raised to 30,000 and Kornuth called to see the 8 on the turn. Andrews led out with another bet of 30,000 and Kornuth just called.

The river was the A and Andrews slid out a bet of 89,000, leaving just 1,000 behind. Kornuth announced a raise to 200,000 and Andrews called off her last chip. Kornuth flipped over KK for a full house but Andrews held 88 for quads to double up.

"That's what we teach," Kornuth joked as both players are part of the Chip Leader Coaching squad.

Feng Rushes Back to a Double

The clock just started and the cards were being pitched as Han Feng ran across the room to reach his seat in time to retrieve his hand. Mathew Perez raised it up in early position and Feng shoved all in for around 20,000. It was an easy call for Perez and the cards were tabled.

The flop came A44 and Feng flopped a full house to hold a huge lead. the 10 on the turn and the J on the river was not enough for Perez to overcome the deficit.

"One extra step and you got there in time," Cole Ferraro pointed out.

"One more and you guys are in trouble," Feng alluded to his double up.

Walsh Gets Rid of a Big Pair Against Overton
