Another table just broke and it's inhabitants were moved about the room. Dwyte Pilgrim and John Hennigan both relocated to the same table as Daniel Negreanu and Kathy Liebert. Hands down, that is the most entertaining table in the room.
When we got back over to the tournament tables, Joe Cada was facing a bet of 6,000 form his opponent on the board of . Cada made the call and his opponent tabled the for a full house. Cada lost the pot, but may have saved money as he held the nut straight with the . He didn't get crazy with broadway on the end on the paired board that also contained three hearts, which could have been costly. He's sitting on about 35,000 now.
Jason Young was nursing a short stack after having his aces cracked by John Dolan earlier in the day. We're not sure of the particulars, but Young was all in for his last 10,000 or so with a board reading . Unfortunately for him, his opponent held for a straight to take down the pot. Young has been eliminated from the Big Event.
Joe Cada raised to 1,400 from the small blind after action folded around to him. The big blind made the call and the first three community cards came down . The two of them checked and the appeared on the turn. Cada bet the turn, making it 1,700 to go. His opponent called. After the hit the river, Cada's bet of 2,000 was goo enough to win him the pot as his opponent folded.
The 2009 World Series of Poker Main Event champion Cada is back up to about 45,000 in chips now.
After a player in middle position raised to 1,500, Eddy Sabat flatted in the hijack position. The player in the big blind also called and the three players took the flop of . Action checked to Sabat and he bet 2,125 in position. The big blind folded and the original preflop raiser called.
The turn brought the and both players checked to see the complete the board on the river. The first player fired 3,000 and Sabat mulled it over for a minute before making the call.
Sabat mucked after seeing his opponent's and dropped back to 12,500 in chips.
Bruce Antman had been holding his own near the top of the leaderboard, but that's not so much the case anymore.
We picked up the action on a flop as both Antman and Dustin Dorrance-Bowman put 10,000 chips into the pot apiece. The next card off was the , and Antman fired out 25,000 straight. Dorrance-Bowman responded by moving all in for 30,700 total. Not sure of his play, Antman had the dealer break the raise down to eye up the 5,700 for a minute before he splashed the call into the pot. He was going for it all:

A club on the river would give Antman a huge chip lead here on Day 1b, but it was not to be. Instead, the river locked up a huge double for Dorrance-Bowman, and he's all the way up to about 94,000 now.
Antman is all the way back down around 15,000 after taking that hit to his once-mighty stack.
