When we caught up the action, there was already over 20,000 chips in the middle in a hand that involved Victor Ramdin., Alex Fitzgerald and one other player. All three of them checked the flop to see the fall on the turn. This is where the action got a lot bigger.
Ramdin started things off with a bet of 8,100. The next player raised to 31,100 and then it was Fitzgerald's turn. He flat-called the raise. Ramdin then made it 80,000 even. That sent the unknown player into the tank and he eventually folded. Fitzgerald also folded and Ramdin won the pot.
Ramdin stacked up his chips and looks to be right under 260,000 total.

Again action checked to DeMaci and he continuation bet 4,700. Both his opponents folded and DeMaci took down the pot. His good run continues as he is up to 321,000.
Joe Tehan, who has won a major tournament in this building before, is out after two run-ins with November Niner Joseph Cheong.
In the first hand, Tehan three-bet a Cheong open, then folded to a reraise.
On the next hand, Cheong was the one opening to 2,500 again, and this time Tehan three-bet all in for his last 24,000 or so, ensuring he wouldn't fold to the four-bet. Cheong called, and the hands were on their backs. It was pocket threes for Tehan, and he was flipping for the double against Cheong's ace-jack.
The flop was an awful sweat for Tehan, and the turn left him dead to a chop. The river blanked off, and that's that for Tehan, relegated to the rail here on Day 2.
