Both checked the 8♠A♦5♣ flop to the 10♦ turn, where Nouira bet 67,000. Badziakouski took some time, but ultimately decided to fold.

On the same table is Artur Martirosian, who has around 600,000 in front of him, and Manuel Fritz with around 450,000.

Nenad Dukic opened from middle position to 25,000 and Pieter Aerts shoved the hijack for around 150,000. When it got back to Dukic, he quickly called.

Dukic had the goods, but had to fade a lot of outs as the 9♥J♥J♣ gave Aerts a flush draw. A 10♦ on the turn gave him a few more outs, but the 6♦ bricked out, which sent Dukic's stack soaring to around 1,400,000.

Badziakouski Leaves Schumacher With Dust

On a full board of 10♠2♦3♣4♣J♥, there were around 250,000 in the middle when Mikita Badziakouski fired 285,000, leaving himself just 3,000 behind.

The man facing the decision was Yannick Schumacher, who burned through several time banks while contemplating the decision. Eventually, he did call.

Badziakouski then showed that he turned a wheel with A♠5♣, and Schumacher's K♥10♣ for two pair was no good. The stacks were counted down and it was learned that Schumacher had 4,000 remaining,

Shortly after, Schumacher hit the rail as he wasn't able to spin up a stack.

Maher Nouira opened to 20,000 from under the gun and Vlada Stojanovic called from the next seat. Dejan Kaladjurdjevic was in the big blind and after using some extra time, he called.

On the 3♦A♠5♠ flop, Kaladjurdjevic checked and Nouira continued for 18,000. Stojanovic and Kaladjurdjevic both called to see the 9♠ fall on the turn. Kaladjurdjevic checked once again and Nouira showed no signs of slowing down with a bet of 45,000.

That was enough to get the job done as both Stojanovic and Kaladjurdjevic folded.

Phil Ivey didn't last too long after entering at the last second as he encountered Hassan Nashar.

The action was recalled to PokerNews by the table that Nashar limped in from middle position, the small blind called, and Ivey checked from the big blind.

It checked to Nashar on the 9♦6♥2♣ flop, and he bet 34,000. The small blind folded, Ivey made it 90,000, Nashar shoved, and Ivey called off his stack of around 210,000.

Ivey was in great shape with two pair, but the A♣4♠ runout improved Nashar to a bigger two pair on the river, which was enough to send Ivey to the rail.

Phil Ivey wasted no time getting stuck into the action as he opened from middle position. Hassan Nashar called in the cutoff, as did Ottomar Ladva in the small blind.

On the 6♦J♠8♥ flop, it checked around to Nashar, who fired 45,000. Ladva called, but Ivey got out of the way.

An A♥ on the turn was checked through to the K♥ river, where Ladva fired 135,000. Nashar took some time and eventually folded, showing the J♦ as he did so.
