Hamid Izadi raised to 40,000 in the hijack, Nicholas Rigby three-bet to 130,000 in the cutoff, and Izadi called.
The flop came 7♦3♦5♥ and Rigby bet 107,000. Izadi called and the 6♠ fell on the turn.
Rigby then bet 200,000, but this time Izadi came back with an all-in shove. Rigby, with around 800,000 remaining, gave up his hand and Izadi took the pot.
Roy Kim raised to 43,000 under the gun and Russ Dunlevy called in the big blind.
Dunlevy led out for 41,000 on the J♦3♦6♠ flop and Kim called. Dunlevy then bet 75,000 on the 2♠ turn, and Kim again called.
The river was the 8♣. "Weird hand, right?" Dunlevy said as he took several minutes to make a decision. He eventually checked, Kim bet 250,000, and Dunlevy folded.
Craig Delisle moved all in for 207,000 in middle position and Roy Kim snap-called in the big blind.
Craig Delisle: 10♥10♠
Roy Kim: A♦Q♣
Delisle hit a set on the K♣J♥10♦ flop, but Kim flopped the nut straight to take the lead. Delisle needed the board to pair to stay alive, but he missed the 7♣ turn and 2♠ river and was sent to the rail in eighth place.
Justin Arnwine raised to 40,000 in the cutoff and Craig Delisle called in the small blind. Hamid Izadi then moved all in for 757,000 in the big blind, Arnwine folded, but Delisle snap-called.
Hamid Izadi: A♦A♠
Craig Delisle: A♥K♦
Izadh had found two aces and was a big favorite to double up as the flop came Q♥5♠J♠, giving Delisle outs to a straight. The turn 6♥ was safe for Izadi, while the river was the K♥ and he doubled up.
Craig Delisle raised to 40,000 in middle position and was called by Nicholas Rigby in the cutoff, as well as Russ Dunlevy and Roy Kim in the blinds.
The flop came A♥8♥Q♣ and action checked to Rigby who bet 80,000. Only Dunlevy called.
The turn was the 6♥ and Rigby bet another 150,000. Dunlevy again called to see the 10♦ river, where Rigby bet enough to put Dunlevy all in.
"That's why I played it the way I did, in theory," Dunlevy said. Both players then had hot chocolates delivered, and Dunlevy took a minute to reach into his wallet to pay the waiter as he continued to tank.
"Betting on the come-ski, I suppose. I call the clock on myself, it's been way too long," he added as another few minutes went by. A tournament official began the countdown, and Dunlevy ended up calling for his last 470,000.
He showed A♦8♦ for two pair, and Rigby quickly tossed his cards into the muck.
Justin Arnwine raised to 40,000 in middle position and Hamid Izadi called on the button, as did Kade Venkatesan in the big blind.
The flop came A♣A♦3♣ and Arnwine continued for 50,000. Only Venkatesan called and they both checked the 9♣ turn.
Venkatesan led out for 130,000 on the K♥ river, and Arnwine quickly called. Venkatesan showed A♥7♥ for trips, but Arnwine had A♠J♥ and took the pot with his jack-kicker.
Kade Venkatesan raised to 42,000 in middle position before Craig Delisle three-bet to 142,000 in the big blind. Venkatesan folded and Delisle took the pot.
Nicholas Rigby then raised to 40,000 under the gun and Venkatesan called in early position.
Both players checked the K♠7♠8♠ flop, and Rigby's bet of 50,000 on the 5♠ turn was enough to take down the pot.
