Bomey Makes a Reluctant Call Against Aziz

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Heads-up on a flop of J37, Nathan Bomey bet 3,400 from the button and Reda Aziz raised to 10,500 in the cutoff. Bomey called and they saw the 5 fall on the turn.

Aziz then moved all in for 25,000. Bomey let out a loud sigh and took a few moments until calling to put Aziz at risk. Bomey turned over AA, while Aziz was on a straight draw holding 86.

The 10 river was safe for Bomey, and he secured the pot to send Aziz to the rail.

"Man, that was brutal. I figured he had a set, or the diamonds," he said, taking a deep sigh of relief while the dealer slid over the chips.
