The turn was the 5♦ and Nguyen checked again. Link splashed in a bet of 25,000 and Nguyen stuck around for the 5♣ on the river. Nguyen checked again and Link chose to check it back. Nguyen turned over 7♣6♣ for two pair but Link held 9♦8♣ for a striaght to scoop the pot.

The action folded around to the small blind who ripped all in for around 20,000. Matthew Higgins was waiting in the big blind with a big hand and quickly called.
