Do Triples, Rigby Takes the Side

Level 11 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Hanh Do shoved all in for 23,000 in the cutoff and Nicholas Rigby reshoved all in for 31,000 on the button. Owen Gazette was in the big blind and called with the big stack to put both players at risk.

Hanh Do: KQAll in
Nicholas Rigby: A9All in
Owen Gazette: AK

The flop came 987 and Rigby was the lone player to make a pair. The 4 on the turn changed nothing but the Q on the river sent Do into celebration as he doubled up with a pair of queens.

Rigby, who was once sitting on a stack of around 150,000 earlier today, was now left with just 16,000 after taking the side pot.

Teresa Lammie limped in from the hijack and Josh Butler raised to 9,500 on the button. The blinds folded and Lammie called to see a flop of AK8.

"I might bust this hand, but whatever," Lammie said as she flicked in her chips preflop.

Lammie check-called a bet of 12,000 from Butler on the flop and the 5 landed on the turn. Both players checked this time and the 9 completed the board. Lammie splashed in a bet of 15,000 and Butler slung his cards to the muck. Lammie did the table a favor and showed her K7 for a pair of kings.

Byrne Falls to a Straight

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Josh Butler opened to 3,500 from under the gun and Torey Byrne shipped all in for 14,500 on the button. Jacob Foley flat-called in the small blind and Butler called as well.

The flop came A72 and the action checked through on the side pot to the 3 on the turn and the 4 on the river. Foley checked for the third time and Butler finally tossed in a bet of 25,000. Foley let his hand go and the remaining two hands were tabled.
