Delilah Lerner raised to 700 under the gun and an opponent in the hijack three-bet to 2,000. Tarry Stanford called in the small blind, as did Lerner.
The flop came J♦10♦4♦ and the cutoff continued for 1,200. Stanford then moved all in for 6,900, and Lerner called. The cutoff got out of the way.
Tarry Stanford: 6♦5♦
Delilah Lerner: A♦8♦
Both players had flopped a flush, but Lerner showed down the nut flush. The 2♦ turn gave Stanford the chance for a straight flush, but he missed the 7♠ river and was sent to the rail as the first elimination of the tournament.
RunGood ambassador Delilah Lerner was among the first entries today and went to the turn on a board of J♠9♥3♦10♠. Her opponent bet 1,000 from the cutoff, and Lerner called in the small blind.
The cutoff bet another 3,000 on the 4♥ river, and Lerner again called. Her opponent showed Q♣Q♥, but Lerner had 10♦9♣ for two pair to win the pot.
After a series of raises in front of him, a player on the button raised to 1,100 and was called by the big blind, another opponent under the gun, and Erick Steinbergen in the cutoff.
The flop came 9♣4♠8♠ and the button continued for 1,000. The big blind called, and action folded around to Steinbergen who raised to 8,000. Both opponents quickly folded, and Steinbergen took the pot.
