"When's It Going to Turn Around For Us?"

Level 6 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Michael Mizrachi

Bariscan Betil bet 100,000 on a board of 6510J and reigning Main Event champ Michael Mizrachi raised all in. Betil gave it some thought and called for another 160,000 or so.

Bariscan Betil: 99 All in
Michael Mizrachi: 98

Betil was somehow in front with his underpair and Mizrachi couldn't hit his straight as the 5 river bricked off.

"When's it going to turn around for us?" joked fellow WSOP crusher Scott Seiver.

Lipauka Shoves on Seiver

Level 6 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Action was three-handed to the 269 flop, where Zdenek Zizka checked in the big blind. Vadzim Lipauka slid out a bet of 32,000 from under the gun, and Scott Seiver made the call on his left.

Zizka got out of the way, and the K turn hit the table. Lipauka led out for 36,000, finding a call from Seiver.

Lipauka then moved all in after seeing the Q river, and Seiver snapped his cards into the muck.

Marchington Jams River With Six-High

Level 6 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

In a heads-up pot on a board of 7K310Q, Nick Marchington moved all in from the big blind and Matthew McEwan sat in agony in middle position as he used through his time banks.

McEwan had a stack of 285,000 and there was already around 200,000 in the pot. Eventually, he called.

Marchington nodded to signal defeat before showing 64 for a busted straight draw, while McEwan showed AQ for a pair of queens to earn a big double.

Giraudo Gets the Fold

Level 6 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Alejandro Giraudo raised to 20,000 from under the gun, and Ren Lin defended his big blind to see the A107 flop.

Lin checked to Giraudo, who continued for 15,000. The bet was called, and the 4 turn produced another check from Lin.

Giraudo counted out a bet of 100,000, and Lin sent his cards into the muck before the chips had even reached the middle of the table.

Daniel Negreanu

Daniel Negreanu's first bullet lasted just ten minutes and he wasted no time tangling with Michael Wang on his second entry.

Wang opened to 20,000 from under the gun and Daniel Negreanu three-bet to 75,000 in the small blind, commenting "Let's see if he's got it." Wang called.

"Good call, good call," said Negrenau.

The flop landed 833 and Negreanu remarked that he should "bet small 'cuz this flop hits my range." He then bet 60,000, which he quickly regretted as he called it "way too much." Wang called.

Negreanu was silent by the A turn and checked. Wang bet 95,000 and heard about it from Negreanu after the Poker Hall of Famer folded.

"If he checked the turn, I would've bet big. I have nothing, but I would have bet big. Now I just fold!"

Giuseppe Pantaleo: J7 All in
Amirouche Zekhmi: 76

"Clubs?" asked Zekhmi as Pantaleo tabled his turned flush. Zekhmi revealed his two pair, which improved to a full house on the 7 river to send Pantaleo out.

Defending Champ Crashes Out

Level 6 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Reigning Super Main Event champion Yinan Zhou found himself all in from the big blind with just 8,000 against Julian Pineda to his direct left.

Yinan Zhou: J6 All in
Julian Pineda: AJ

Zhou was dominated and failed to improve as the board ran out 8Q3KA to mark his elimination. Zhou was eager to reenter and waited anxiously for the dealer to bust him from the system.

"I need a second bullet. It's the better bullet," said Zhou.
