Perez Doubles Through Cairat

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Perez defended his big blind to a raise by Pedro Cairat from the cutoff and shoved the flop of {10-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{5-Spades}. Cairat asked for a count and took plenty of time before tossing a chip to call the shove for 268,000.

Perez: {10-Diamonds}{4-Spades}
Pedro Cairat: {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}

The {K-Hearts} turn and {2-Hearts} river were both blanks and Perez let out a "vamosss" after his vital double.

Mamouni Leaves Leibgorin Short; Burban Folds to Chantalat's Push

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

In a battle of the blinds, Smain Mamouni raised to 45,000 and Michel Leibgorin called in the big blind. On the {Q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop, Mamouni continued for 48,000 and was called before another bet worth 110,000 on the {A-Spades} turn was called as well. The {3-Spades} river saw the shove of Mamouni and the fold by Leibgorin.

Soon after, Pierrick Burban raised to 35,000 and Jean-Jacques Chantalat defended the big blind. He proceeded to check-call a bet of 48,000 on the {K-Spades}{Q-Clubs}{10-Clubs} flop, then checked the {8-Diamonds} turn. Burban bet 65,000 and Chantalat snap-shoved in a matter of less than a second. Burban sighed, gave it some consideration and folded.

"A Split Is Okay, Too"

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Down to around 250,000, Elizabeth Tedder moved all in from the small blind and Pablo in the big blind called immediately.

Elizabeth Tedder: {A-Clubs}{3-Clubs}
Pablo: {A-Spades}{10-Spades}

The board of {A-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{Q-Spades} ensured a split pot, while Tedder missed out on a flush draw before the queen on the river kept her in contention. "A split is okay too," she said in table chat.

Mansour Busts in Cruel Fashion

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Vincent Mansour had shoved the previous hand on the river of a board {J-Spades}{5-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{5-Spades} for his last 72,000 only out of the big blind and Smain Mamouni folded. "Show him," Mansour said and flashed the cards to Michel Leibgorn, revealing {7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} for a big blind special.

One hand later, Leibgorin min-raised from the cutoff for 32,000 and Jean-Jacques Chantalat called on the button, as did Mansour in the small blind and Fernando Pons in the big blind.

The flop fell {Q-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and action checked to Leibgorin, who was about to bet. Chantalat announced all in out of turn and Leibgorin was given the option to check or bet, to which he checked. Chantalat's all in stood and Mansour called all in, while Pons folded. Leibgorin also folded and the cards were tabled.

Vincent Mansour: {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}
Jean-Jacques Chantalat: {Q-Spades}{10-Hearts} The {8-Hearts} turn let Leibgorin gasp "I would have made trips, I had eight nine," while Chantalat got there with the {10-Diamonds} river. "Are you kidding me?" Mansour asked in French, smiled and said "thank you" to the dealer before leaving the table as he was covered by a few chips.

Cruz Control

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Anthony Cruz raised to 42,000 from the cutoff and Anas Belatik called from one seat over on the button. The flop fell {K-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and Cruz bet 57,000, which was good enough to shut down all further resistance. Cruz cruises at just under a million while Belatik is still above that,

Lhommeau Takes from Belatik

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Damien Lhommeau defended his big blind against a raise by Anas Belatik and checked the flop of {K-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}. Belatik continued for 27,000 and the PMU.fr online qualifier called before the {5-Diamonds} turn was checked.

After the {J-Diamonds} river, Lhommeau checked and eventually called a bet of 100,000 by Belatik to get shown {A-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for a bluff. Lhommeau had that beat with {10-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for a pair of sixes and raked in the pot.

Grabsi Doubles Through Pons

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

A raise by Fernando Pons on the button resulted in the three-bet to 170,000 by Malek Grabsi out of the big blind and Pons moved all in, Grabsi called within a heartbeat and was at risk for 295,000.

Malek Grabsi: {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}
Fernando Pons: {A-Spades}{4-Spades}

The board ran out {9-Spades}{8-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{J-Spades}{J-Clubs} and Grabsi doubled despite a sweat on the turn.
