Fours Are Good Enough for Di Ceglie

Level 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

Pasqale Di Ceglie raised to 600 from the hijack and Daniel Aixa three-bet to 1,800 on the button. Action folded back to Di Ceglie who called.

The flop came down with the {9-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{4-Hearts}, Di Ceglie check-called the 1,500 continuation-bet of Aixa.

The turn brought them the {2-Diamonds}, Di Ceglie now check-called the 2,700 bet of Aixa.

The river completed the board with the {q-Hearts} on which they both checked. Di Ceglie tabled {k-Clubs}{4-Clubs} for the flopped pair of fours and that seemed to be good enough as Aixa mucked his hand.

Sun Hits a Set

Level 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

Yunsheng Sun raised to 700 from under the gun and only Oleksandr Sadovyi called in the big blind.

The dealer spread out {4-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} on the flop and Sadovyi bet 1,000 which Sun called.

They both checked through the {10-Diamonds} on the turn to the {4-Diamonds} on the river. Sadovyi bet 6,000 without hesitating and Sun quickly called. Sadovyi seemed surprised and reluctantly turned over {k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} to play the pair of fours on the board with a king-kicker. Sun showed he held {a-Spades}{4-Spades} for the river trip fours to pick up the pot.
