Arani Bubbles Final Three Tables

Level 24 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

[Removed:321] Arani appeared to move all in from under the gun. It folded to Michael Gallagher in the big blind.

"Every time when it's my big blind," he said before looking at his cards and flicking in a call tabling {a-Hearts}{10-Spades}.

The dealer clarified that Arani wasn't in fact all in.

"I have 5,000 behind," said Arani.

"Put it in on the flop?" said Gallagher, and Arani nodded.

The flop came {k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{a-Spades} and the rest of the money went in. Arani eventually turned over {q-Diamonds}{j-Spades} for a pair and a straight draw. The turn {6-Spades} and river {3-Spades} didn't help him, however, and was eliminated.

Lavi Busts Figueroa With Aces

Level 23 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Victor Figueroa earlier in the summer
Victor Figueroa earlier in the summer

A player from middle position opened to 32,000 and Viktor Lavi slid 16,000 into the middle from the small blind, not realising that a player had opened. Lavi's actions were ruled a call of the 32,000 bet.

Victor Figueroa was in the big blind and three-bet all in for around 220,000. The initial raiser folded and Lavi called.

Victor Figueroa: {9-}{9-}
Viktor Lavi: {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}

The board came {3-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{5-Hearts} meaning Figueroa was sent to the rail.

Yu Takes Two

Level 23 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Gary Smith shoved from mid-position and so did Supan Shah in the cutoff with the bigger stack. Ben Yu was up next on the button and jammed his stack in too, having both Smith and Shah covered. The blinds quickly got out of their way.

Gary Smith: {A-Diamonds}{7-Spades}
Supan Shah: {A-Spades}{9-Diamonds}
Ben Yu: {A-Clubs}{J-Hearts}

The board ran out {10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{2-Spades}{a-Hearts} for Yu's jack-kicker to count and eliminate both of his opponents.

Timofeev Clips Lipshultz' Wings

Level 23 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Evan Lipshultz
Evan Lipshultz

Evan Lipshultz raised to 32,000 and Denis Timofeev three-bet all in for 181,000. Lipshultz called.

Evan Lipshultz: {a-Spades}{j-Spades}
Denis Timofeev: {a-Diamonds}{7-Spades}

Lipshultz was in a commanding position, but the {k-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{9-Hearts} runout handed his opponent a pair and meant Timofeev doubled up. Lipshultz still has more than 1,200,000 in chips.

Level 23 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Justin Young (taken in an earlier event)
Justin Young (taken in an earlier event)

The board read {10-Spades}{5-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} with around 220,000 in the middle already.

Justin Young bet 75,000 from mid-position and Jason Johnson needed a few seconds before he made the call.

The {q-Spades} on the river completed the board and Young bet 325,000. Johnson snap-folded.
