Big Slick Holds for Worner

Level 7 : 300/600, 600 ante

There was five-way action headed to the flop after the under-the-gun player raised to 2,100.

The flop came {k-Clubs}{a-Spades}{9-Clubs} and the action was checked round to the player on the button who bet out 12,000. Gregory Worner three-bet to 30,000 and the action then folded to a player in late position who four-bet all in for 40,000, with both the button player and Worner calling.

Button Player: {k-Spades}{9-Spades}
Gregory Worner: {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
All In Player; {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}

All three players had hit the flop pretty well with Worner holding the best hand up to that point with top-two pair, but he would have to dodge a lot of outs with two cards still to come.

The turn was the {10-Diamonds} which now added a broadway straight draw to Worner's opponent who already held the nut flush draw, but the river was the {8-Spades} and Worner eliminated both his opponents.
