Deyra Takes of Ashkenazi

Level 33 : 125,000/250,000, 250,000 ante

The flop read {2-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} and Ryan Jaconetti checked in the small blind. Ido Ashkenazi bet 875,000 from the early position and Ivan Deyra called from the middle position while Jaconetti folded.

The turn was the {2-Clubs} and now Ashkenazi led out for 1,400,000. Deyra contemplated his options for a while and then made the call.

The river completed the board with the {7-Hearts} on which they both checked. Ashkenazi tabled {k-Spades}{q-Spades} for the pair of deuces on the board with the king-kicker. Deyra quicky flipped open {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} for two pair, tens and deuces, to pick up the pot.
