The latest pot saw him check a heads-up turn of {q-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{6-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and he then bet the {q-Hearts} river for 5,500. His opponent mulled over the decision for a while and eventually folded.

Weissman Essentially Doubles

On a flop of {k-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{7-Hearts}, Joey Weissman invested 8,500 of his short stack while out of the small blind and the cutoff stuck around. The {q-Hearts} turn was checked and Weissman bet the {a-Diamonds} river for 8,100 with one T-100 chip behind. His opponent tank-called and Weissman won the pot with {7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} for trips.
