Onikoul Pips Dzivielevski

Level 26 : 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

The flop came {k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{5-Clubs}. Yuri Dzivielevski was in the big blind and check-called a bet of 225,000 from Arkadi Onikoul who was the preflop raiser from middle position.

The turn was the {7-Spades}. Dzivielevski check-called again, this time for 500,000.

The river came the {j-Hearts}. Both players were content to check and table their hands. Dzivielevski flipped over the {q-Spades}{10-Diamonds} for second-pair but Onikoul had that beat as he tabled the {k-Spades}{9-Spades} for top-pair and won the pot as Dzivielevski drops a bit lower in the chip counts.

In one of the first hands of the day, Ramon Colillas and Adam Walton were involved in a big pot in a blind versus blind situation.

Colillas called a sizeable bet from Walton on the {8-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop and Walton stacked his chips, which were still in a pile in front of him, before making a decision the {2-Clubs} turn.

"Sorry, I wasn't expecting to play a big pot this early," he said before betting 1,100,000. Colillas called.

The river brought in the {q-Clubs} and Colillas put out two stacks of pink chips for a bet of 4,500,000. Walton continued stacking his jumble of chips before eventually folding.

"Worse possible river," he said.
